Our Student Reminder Emails for Course Evaluations weren’t distributed or sent out as scheduled this Spring 2025. Any other campus experienced this recently?
The Course Evaluations Admin webpage, that lists Recurring Course Evaluations, displayed “completed” for our (4) scheduled Reminder Emails. But students reported not receiving any messages from Qualtrics about course evals. This was just confirmed by our IT too. Other things have failed before but this is a major blow to our response rate. I haven’t yet heard from Qualtrics Support so anyone else know what happened?!
