AdHoc survey intake form
+6Has anyone had any experience making a survey specifically designed for requesting an adhoc survey? I work for a business and want a way to manage work requests, provide clarity as to what is "in the pipe", as well as democratize the results after a survey is complete. I believe the share report function could accomplish all of this, if I do the survey intake form via Qualtrics.
I have a done something similar to this in the past (less successfully through Work Front),but I am curious to see what others have done. Anything that sparks new ideas is appreciated 😀 .
+54@Akdashboard This is a great idea! Currently I have a survey in place that people fill out to submit a _data request_ and I use email triggers to alert the appropriate party when that comes in. I imagine I could set up an ad hoc survey request in much the same way. In my office I'm not sure how much reporting would be done from the survey itself, but it would help keep track of what is "in the pipe" as you say 😉
