Awarding gift cards manually
Hi, I have entry level Qualtrics and need to award gift cards to a few randomly selected respondents. does anyone have info on legal rules, and, do they vary by state? I want to do this right, thank you in advance

I would consult with a lawyer if possible. The university I work at has special rules about when, why and how much we can incentivize and how those incentives must be tracked back to the individual. I believe some of this has to do with state of Wisconsin rules around gambling and random winners being close to gambling.
