I am looking to export survey response data from a survey that has over 10 million responses. Exporting out of the data & analysis into a CSV results in a file that is too big to import into the other survey (100MB max). Is there any way to make this process faster other than filtering and splitting the file into 100+ files so that they are under 100 MB? Could an API process make it faster?

Go to workflows, select “started at a specific time” and input the parameters.
Then, select “extract from survey” and follow the prompts

Hi Emily, thanks for responding. Unfortunately, these survey projects are in different licenses/brands so I wouldn’t be able to use the extract/load to survey option I don’t believe.
+13Ahhhh that would be too simple, wouldn’t it? Then my recommendation would be to follow the first 2 steps and load to an SFTP. Then create a workflow in the other instance to load the responses from the SFTP (you load a sample file and map it in the prompts).
