How do I fix a header issue on a participant import?

I’m getting the error message, “Header cannot be empty,” when I am trying to upload my participant file to our project. I feel like I have followed all the steps to prepare the file for upload. Is there something I’m missing?

Hi @mpjacobs ,

 

Have you tried to compare your file with the downloaded sample csv file?

There should be headers in the first row for Qualtrics to determine what is the type of information.
