Hello everyone, I have posted this a week ago and it worked, unfortunately it does not work when using simple layout. I have a text entry question (old), I will add 3 new text entry questions based on the NPS question (Promoters, Passives, Detractors). Each time only 1 out of the 3 new questions will be shown to the respondents. The old one should be hidden. I want to hide the old question and replicate the input text from any of the 3 new questions to the hidden one. I want to keep the old question there because of export and TextIQ reasons @TomG suggested the ideal solution for this scenario but I would like to make this code to fit when using simple layout. Hello,I have a survey which randomizes the order in which two groups of blocks are presented (The groups represent two differently framed sets of questions). Within each group, all blocks are presented in a randomized order. Within each block, there is a timing question, then a random presentation of 1 of 2 text type questions (not text entry, just text, referred to here on as statements), followed by the same 2 multiple choice questions with recoded numerical values, regardless of whether statement 1 or 2 was presented. The first multiple choice question is different between the two groups of blocks, but the second is the same across groups. Further, within each block, across both groups, statement 1 is about the same topic A and statement 2 is about the same topic B. The statements in group 2 always include the name of the topic conjugated in the same way (the survey is not in English), but the statements in group 1 almost but do not always include the name of the topic in the statem

My only problem is this comes out in US date format MM/DD/YYYY and I need it to be in UK DD/MM/YYYY format. I have asked the same question more than once (as part of the pilot) and one time it displays the results correctly and the other times it states ‘Invalid field group. There is a mismatch in the field group’s field types’.What settings do I need to change to make sure the results display please?
Hi Guys!I have an EX survey that i need to distribute in 3 languages (ES, BR-PT. EN), the issue is that some users do not have language code in their metadata or is a code outside from this 3 and I would like for them to get the email in PT-BR but everytime i create the email EN is created as the default language. Is it possible to change this and have PT-BR as the default language for the distribution?

I am currently managing a survey where participants are required to provide feedback on multiple projects. The survey is set up to loop through a set of questions for each project selected by the respondent. Here's a simplified explanation of the setup:The survey starts by listing all the projects assigned to the participant since a specific year. The participant selects which projects they wish to provide feedback on. Hello, I am trying to create a survey that will collect information about participants food consumption and driving behaviours. Their values will be used to calculate their carbon footprint and the percentage value of each category (i.e., food and driving). Then I would like to present these percentages to the participants on the next page in pi chart form. I am very new to this and I have no idea what I am doing. I started by setting the embedded data values: This seems to work, as I am able to see the calculated percentages in text from in the preview. However, I want these values to be visualized in a pi chart. I have added code to the javascript of my survey but it seems like no matter what I do the script cant retrieve the values. We have a matrix table with a lot of labels on the top axis. Wondering if anyone out there knows the html to change the labels to vertical like you can do in Excel and in the image below. It would be much easier on the user so they wouldn’t have to scroll to the right to see the other options. Thank you.

I have a survey that we will be distributing with an anonymous link. The survey is available in English and Spanish, as are the confirmation emails that I have set up as a workflow to go out when new responses are submitted. Unfortunately, when the users submit the survey, it’s only sending the emails in English even though they may have changed the survey language to Spanish while filling it out. What do I need to do to trigger the Spanish translation of the email instead of the English one?

It would be preferable, but not necessary, if this additional data created a new record. Basically, before submitting, I would like to ask the user if they have additional submissions and, if yes, be able to start the survey over again from the beginning.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hello!Currently am trying to get dates to be validated in side-by-side formats where entering a MM/DD/YYYY date in the first box of the column is then used as the min date for the next date in the column, and the third box have the min date validation of the second date box, and so on.Additionally, if there is a second column that acts as the “end date” of the first column, I want the “start date’s” to have a min of the “end date,” and so on. For example: Above I’m wanting information to be entered in the “Start date” open entry for Date 1 row. They need to enter an “End date.” For Date 2, I need the “Start date” to have validation to make sure it starts on or after the Date 1 “End date.”Is this possible? We have JS to validate using cleave just fine, but it’s the using JS to make sure subsequent dates use the previous dates as validation. I have a question about the Distribute Survey - Recent Responses Graph. Sent a survey with email reminders. I have set reminders for a survey for a week. On the graph there are several days that are blank. Invite over email = 0. why are some of the days blank/no info.
I have a Matrix Table with a Drag and Drop option into 1 scale point which then appears as a box. On mobile when scrolling it’s difficult to pull the items from the long list into the box. Is there a script to adjust the length of the box itself? This question must be a drag and drop contextually makes the most sense, so I don’t want to change it to just a multiselect.
I was just checking the cookies when a survey link is opened. I noticed that the cookie below was set and as value it seems as it just contains the survey link. QSI_HistorySessionAs described in the cookie statement, it is no strictly necessary one but a “performance cookie” to “count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site”. To track this cookie, Qualtrics would actually need to collect consent via some popup. However, Qualtrics does not have that. Is there any chance to avoid tracking the QSI_HistorySession cookie? Hello all,I'm testing a survey for a project and noticed that the figures are displayed in a single row when my browser's zoom is around 75%. A relatively high percentage of participants drop-out, resulting in an unequal division between my Control and Experimental group. Is there a way on Qualtrics to see where these participants dropped-out in my study (e.g. in which block/page)?

Unfortunately, the documentation provided by Qualtrics Zendesk Extension (qualtrics.com) doesn't explain how to do this, as it only covers text, numeric, and checkbox fields - not dropdown or multi-selection options.We need to connect this type of question with Zendesk. Can you please tell me which field to use in Zendesk to map out the answers? When I tried using a dropdown field, I couldn't reuse it. I was also unable to match it with the question I needed to link it with. Based on your expertise and experience with other customers who may have similar questions and also use Zendesk, what sort of field do they usually use? Hi,I am fairly new to qualtrics and i am trying to display a hotspot image based on another hotspot image question.Basically, if user selects region “c” and “d” in Q1, then Q2 should be displayed in the same page. The display logic itself works great but i really want them displayed in the same page.In Page option didnt work because of “In Page Display Logic is unavailable since you are using an incompatible question type: Hot Spot”Is there any workaround for this? I just want the two hotspot questions in the same page along with display logic enabled.
I'm trying to integrate a Qualtrics survey with my chatbot platform.The Survey Sessions API seems perfect for what I'm doing but the documentation is limited, so my understanding of this API may be incorrect. This is the idea:User triggers a new survey session via the chatbotChatbot calls "new survey session" endpoint, which returns SessionID as well as the first question block which contains a single questionChatbot presents the first question to the userUser chooses a responseChatbot calls "update session" endpoint, sending the chosen response and advancing the session to the next blockChatbot calls "fetch current page" endpoint, which returns the new blockChatbot presents the next questionEtc...Somebody please correct me if my understanding of the API behavior is incorrect, or if there is a better endpoint for this usecase.My question is about returning the user's response in the "update session" step.
