The two hardest studies to design are now the fastest to start. Describe the trade-off you're trying to understand—Research Agent builds the conjoint or MaxDiff around it.Conjoint and MaxDiff produce some of the most decision-grade answers in research: what to build, what to charge, what to prioritize. They're also the two methods most teams avoid, because designing them well has always meant a specialist and a slow setup. Research Agent moves the entry point. Describe the business question in plain language, and the Agent drafts a methodologically sound study you can review, refine, and field—in minutes, not days. If you've ever shelved a pricing question because a conjoint felt like too heavy a lift, or reached for a rating grid when a MaxDiff would have given you a real ranking, these are for you.1. Conjoint: Model the Trade-offs Behind What People Actually ChooseConjoint answers the questions a rating scale can't: how customers weigh features against price, which package wins, what

Test Where Your Users Actually Are: Mobile UX Testing and Customized Participant Email Your users live on their phones. Now your research can too. Recruit in your own voice—then watch real people use your product, screen and thinking out loud. Most UX teams test on a laptop, because that's where the tools worked—then ship to users who tap, scroll, and pinch on a phone. The distance between the testing environment and the real one is exactly where usability problems hide. And before any of that, getting the right participants in the door has meant recruitment emails that sound like a tool, not like you. These updates to UX Research close these gaps and extend past them. You can structure unmoderated user testing the way you want, while running them on the devices users actually hold. What’s more, you can recruit and schedule participants for moderated user testing with recognizable communications to deter no-shows. 1. Enhanced Unmoderated User Testing  If you run unmoderated tests, you'

Hi everyone,I'm excited to introduce the Qualtrics Credit Union Community—a space created for credit union leaders to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. My goal is simple: create a community where credit unions can share what's working, solve challenges together, and exchange ideas that improve the member experience.Through peer networking, customer spotlights, expert sessions, and ongoing discussions, I hope you'll gain practical insights, valuable connections, and strategies you can bring back to your organization. Most importantly, this community will be shaped by you. We'll build it together based on what's most valuable and relevant to our members.I can't wait to see what we create together!

The Qualtrics product is always evolving, and so are the ways you use it. The in-product dynamic help window as seen above (the ❓ in the top right-hand corner of the Qualtrics platform) is your always-on resource for functionality questions and troubleshooting while building in Qualtrics. We’d love to hear how you actually use it in real life, and what works (or doesn’t) for your role and your organization.Tell us your experience:Do you use the in-product help window? If yes, how often? If you rarely or never open it, what do you use instead (support site, Community, your own AI assistant, peers, etc.)? What do you use it for? (Quick answers, FAQs for where you are, articles in the panel, the Support AI Assistant, a path to support, internal admin content—anything else?) What do you love about it today, and what do you wish for? This could be content, layout or discoverability, how answers or articles behave in the panel, gaps for power users vs. new users, language or accessibility

Ask Your Research Anything: AI Search and Recommendations in Research Hub One question. Every study you've ever run. Ask in plain language—get a synthesized answer, not a file hunt. Two updates to Research Hub change how teams find and reuse what they already know. Now you can ask Research Hub a question the way you'd ask a colleague—and get an answer drawn from every study in your brand. When the answer isn't there yet, Research Hub tells you what to go research next.If you've ever re-run a study only to find someone had already answered it, or spent a morning hunting for the one dashboard that answers a stakeholder's question, these are for you. 1. AI Search That Understands the Question  Research Hub search now reads across everything in your Qualtrics license—surveys, dashboards, videos, imported data projects, uploaded files, and Insights Explorer—and returns the most relevant results, not just keyword matches. Ask in real phrases ("What drives customer satisfaction with our shoes?

More flexibility for your research budget: Self-serve qual in credits + division-level controls Credits, for every panel. Budgets, for every team. Two updates rolling out in Q2 2026 expand how research organizations can manage panel research at scale. Together, they mean every panel type can now be purchased with credits —and credits can be governed at the division level. If you've ever had a research project get stuck waiting on procurement, or had an experimental project drain credits another team was counting on, these updates are for you. 1. Self-serve qualitative panels, now on credits  Qualitative research has historically lived outside the same workflow as quant—different recruitment process, different vendors, different procurement cycle for each study. Customers using Edge Audiences can now pay for self-serve qualitative panels with the same credits that already fund their quant and synthetic studies. One workflow. One credit system. Less time between insight need and insight i

New data on trust, burnout, safety, and AI readinessTrust holds care together—between patients and clinicians, and between clinicians and their organizations. When it erodes, everything downstream suffers. Our 2026 Healthcare Trends Report draws on data from 3,800+ providers, 60,400+ patients and surfaces four patterns worth watching:Trust is the #1 driver of patient experience—but what earns it isn't universal. The factors that build or break trust vary widely, from feeling cared for as a person, to staff teamwork, to ease of access. A one-size-fits-all strategy misses more patients than it reaches. Clinician burnout is rising—and it's showing up in patient outcomes. Burnout rose from 31% to 32% year over year. Burned-out clinicians score measurably lower on communication quality, collaboration, and psychological safety. The connection between workforce experience and patient experience is real.Safety culture is the strongest predictor of clinician resilience. Care settings with the h

Week two of From Page to Practice.Dr. Ben's research shows that how we communicate matters as much as what we say. But most of us learn this the hard way - through awkward conversations, misread signals, and feedback that landed wrong. This week's reflection:"What do you wish someone had told you earlier about communication?"A lesson you learned late. Advice you'd give your younger self. Something that changed how you show up.Share below. Signed copies of Dr. Ben's book go to the most insightful contributions. For some additional inspiration, here’s one of Dr. Ben’s all time favorite quotes (which you’ll also see in Chapter 4): Mankind’s greatest achievements have come about by talking. And its greatest failures by not talking. All we need to do is make sure that we keep talking.~ Stephen HawkingP.S.
