*Brainstorm Help Requested*

I just attended a product demo with a 3rd party that allowed teacher to quickly perform SRSS screeners as part of the Multi-Tiered Solutions of Support for Behavior. In the demo they showed how it allows homeroom teachers to quickly screen all of their students on one page. Then as an administrator you can identify students, classrooms, or schools who need more immediate support with the results.

What I would like some help with is brainstorming some ideas on how to structure/store the data within Qualtrics to display correctly. For example, I’d like to have an anonymous link where a homeroom teacher can use their email or ID number to log in and then be able to complete rankings for 12 items on a 4-point scale for all their students in a homeroom. I’m wondering if this can be accomplished with supplemental data sources and then brought into the survey but will need to explore this further.

Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Thank you!

If you have a student directory in Qualtrics, could you add a field, “Teacher” and import rosters. Then use piped text to add the students that are on that teacher’s roster to a matrix or side by side question?

Else, (and probably not exactly what you want), have the teacher enter the student’s ID and then answer the questions. Unfortunately, this would be a one student at a time but the teacher would only need to authenticate one time.

Just some early morning thoughts!

I think using SDS would work to give each teacher access to their students.  You could filter by teacher and period to get a list of students.
