Real email or scam?

My colleague has received an email from noreply@qualtrics.com stating "Your inactive Qualtrics Surveys account will be deleted in 30 days"As far as I have looked into this, I don't believe this is a legit email. Can any one confirm this?

2022 CoreXM Expert Certification - Has anyone passed this recently?

Has anyone recently taken and passed the CoreXM Expert Certification in 2022?I took the cert exam last Friday and missed passing by a few questions, despite spending a lot of time (couple of months) studying the certification journey courses, quizzes and final project. One major issues I noticed is that the training materials do not keep pace with the Qualtrics platform updates, meaning they are all lagging and outdated. Additionally, I noticed the exam questions did not seem to come from the content found in the practice quizzes or final project, which I assumed would be the focus of the exam. Lastly, at the end of the exam, when I did not pass, there was NO feedback on what I got wrong or how to improve. So, I have no idea where I need to focus and can't afford to invest a bunch of time again and not pass. Anyway, I need this certification for my current job and would appreciate any feedback or study tips from those that have taken the exam recently and passed. FYI: last fall I took

Recent Layoffs At Qualtrics

As a human being, worker, employee, Qualtrics  Brand Administrator and supporter of Qualtrics at my univeristy (for some reason I am no longer in the Brand Administrator or Higher Education “private groups” on this page and I reached out to support about that again) I am extremely concerned about the recent layoffs at Qualtrics. The team of administrators that I lead at our university want to know how these changes at Qualtrics will effect Tech Support, Performance, or Panel Delivery. Our latest “Qualtrics Research Services” rep seems to have been a casualty of these layoffs and they have changed very frequently over the past several years. I have also reached out to our Qualtrics Sales Rep. I would  like to network with other academic brand administrators about the pressure from Qualtrics to transition from the Academic Research Core to Core XM/Design XM. I am wondering about the experience of other university Brand Administrators and would love to have some public and private discuss

I wore a Qualtrics sweater (see profile picture) to school/work today, and I received lots of compliments, like "Oh, I know Qualtrics!", "That's the only survey software we used in school!", and "Cool sweater!" Go Qualtrics!

CX Engage Technology Consultant Exam

Hello Community, I am going to take the CX Engage Technology Consultant Exam in the coming weeks. I have gone through the modules as part of the learning journey, however the before-exam-feeling doesn’t seem to go away. I guess QPN has updated the whole process in recently. I have been getting this error message when I have been working with Chrome for a while.--------Site not foundI even looked under the bed, wasn't there eitherWhy am I seeing this?The URL you entered doesn't really lead anywhere. Anyone else having Exam questions about info not available in the Basecamp training journey?

Hello, I just finished my CustomerXM Exam and I did not pass only for 1 question (67/100). But that's not the real problem. I just saw some other community students with the same problem as mine. Some questions are not even in the BaseCamp information or guide. Its not fair to put lot of time and exactly study and review from the Basecamp info and go to the Exam and find questions that are not related to the study guide. Clearly one of those questions are the reason of missing the test. Also, how can I get the exam review, the correct and wrong answers to be able to know what I fail?

How do I delete my account?

I need help deleting my account. I have tried deactivating it through my account settings however it keeps showing an error message saying that I need to contact Qualtrics Customer Support. I have tried logging into the Support Center but it’s not giving me any option to contact Support directly. Does anyone know a phone number or email I can use to contact them? I live in the UK so the number has to be +44.Any form of help would be highly appreciated!Thankyou!

How to update the email address of your XM Community Account?

I created my XM Community account using my work email id but wanted to change this to my personal email id so that I can retain my account incase I switch employers. I tried to update this through my account, but couldnt as the feature was blocked. Please advise if you could help update this from the backend?I need to update my email from amit.gupta@kcc.com to amith.creations@gmail.comThank you.

Sharing QSF files on Community

We used to be able to upload .qsf files of surveys on the old Community platform. Is this still an option? I am having a hard time figuring out how I would put this in one of my posts. The paperclip is just for URLs it seems and I’m not able to copy and paste it into the body of my response.If we can’t, is this a product feature we should ask for? I find it helpful to share files with those who are new to learning Qualtrics and the lingo that goes with it. I am trying to send links but I know some concepts took me a while to grasp and I wish I had a concrete example like a QSF file to walk through.

Adding a back button to only certain blocks and counting clicks

HelloI want to add a custom back button that only appears on certain pages. I would also like to count the number of times a participant clicks that button. I would like to basically give a set of instructions on one page and then see how many times the participant returns to check that page. What’s the best way to do this? Free Trial ends

Hello everyone!I have an active survey for my Master Thesis using the free trial account which expires tomorrow. Am I going to be limited to 100 responses after the free trial ends? Repeating Survey Questions

Good day,I am trying to create a survey which collects information from the user then, before submitting, asks the user if they have additional submissions for the same questions.  It would be preferable, but not necessary, if this additional data created a new record.  Basically, before submitting, I would like to ask the user if they have additional submissions and, if yes, be able to start the survey over again from the beginning.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
