I’ve filled out the survey for level 3 a couple of times because I wasn’t convinced it went through but still haven’t received a confirmation link or anything in the mail. Cancer has always been an issue of utmost importance to me, since I lost my dad when I was a little girl to cancer. Previously I didn't have the financial stability to donate to any organization that could follow the research of this disease, but I did make my contributions like donating my hair to make wigs for children at the nearest cancer hospital or going to races to benefit people with cancer, but now that I have the opportunity to do more I won't waste it. This is a touching story! Thank you for sharing it 💜
This is a very emotional topic, as I have lost someone very near to me due to cancer. I usually contribute for cancer research, along with this have also visited various cancer hospitals for some or the other support / voluntary work. Do continue with all the great work. My aunt was in remission for 20 years before her rare cancer returned. She completed her chemotherapy treatment two weeks ago. As a result, my family and I make donations to the American Cancer Society and participate in their fundraisers. Additionally, I personally support the Lupus Foundation -- because that is what I have. #LupusWarrior Congratulations to her for completing chemo! 💜And thank you for bringing awareness to the wonderful work of the Lupus Foundation!
I donate to the IWK Children’s Hospital every year on the anniversary of my daughter Antigone’s birthday and any time I am asked as a fundraiser or at a store checkout etc. Tig was born with a congenital heart defect and lived for 13 days. I have lost some very special people to different cancers in the last couple of years (Greg, Staci, Tim, Denise). Last year I participated in the virtual 5 for the Fight 5K and this year I donated. So many are affected by cancer each day, I appreciate what Qualtrics and 5 for the Fight do! Megan, I am so sorry to read about the losses in your life due to cancer. 💜

I lost my sister, Erin Korengold Markowitz, to lymphoma in September 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. She and I had been estranged for many years and I was not able to say goodbye to her. But I think about her every day; she was a mother of two boys and a gifted dancer. I miss her dearly and honor her whenever I can by taking part in 5 for the Fight, which funds cancer research at so many institutions. Adam, thank you for sharing your story. Working in financial services, we are seeing a narrowing of our survey distribution channels as opposed to increasing them, given both organisational choices and respondents own preferences and concerns for security. For reducing our bias though our focus is very much on our survey triggers and ensuring we capture at different stages of journeys i.e. not capturing successful journeys only. This often includes looking at our internal data points and considering balancing our survey data with other passive listening (non-survey measures). I also find organisational culture can drive bias across any survey program and so fostering a culture that is curious and is open to both good and bad results is key to reducing bias through surveying. Less around distribution, I believe AI detection in the quality of feedback received and where feedback/results may not be representative based on a range of parameters given would be highly useful. @Sc

Hi everyone! My name is Kaela and I’m the Director of Human Resources for a PreK-8 School District in Illinois. I currently use Qualtrics for Orientation and Onboarding surveys, Exit Surveys and Student Teacher Surveys. We added another component and will be adding Engagement Surveys next year. We currently do not have a public facing dashboard but will be looking into it in the future. I am currently looking for best practices for sharing survey results with Departments, specifically on the results from the Orientation and Onboarding Survey, so we can make any neccessary changes for next year. I usually donate to the American Cancer Society. My dad along with several other family members passed away from cancer. On a more positive note, I know many people who have been in remission for many many years after battling cancer. The more research that is done the chances of people overcoming the hurdle gets greater. Please donate to any cancer organization. First time attendee here! I’m most excited to hear Lindsey Vonn. I’m hoping not to miss her since I’m flying in the morning of her keynote. I remember watching her during the Olympics. Reading up on Morgan Housel and the Psychology of Money was also interesting, I hope they have copies of his books available. My favorite animal is the ringtail. They’re local to my area (and can sometimes be found in my trashcans). I know some folks who keep them as pets but I love having them around my property because they are excellent at keeping the rodent population down. @XM_JoshB I have never, ever even heard of this animal! We learn something new every day, I guess!
Hi Community, My favorite plant is Holy Basil AKA Tulsi plant. In India, the Tulsi plant holds immense importance beyond its religious significance. Two of my favorite plants are lavender and succulents. Lavender's fragrant purple flowers are perfect for relaxation, while succulents add beauty and require minimal care. Both bring joy and greenery to any space. Gorgeous! I love succulents 🌱
