Molly Swainston is a Solutions Architect at Red Pepper with deep expertise in Experience Management, bringing over six years of experience from Qualtrics where she served as a Product Specialist and Technical Account Manager. She has led CX programs for enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, travel, and insurance, helping organizations build strong feedback foundations that drive measurable business outcomes. At Red Pepper, Molly helps customers scope their CX programs and provides ongoing advisory guidance to ensure they get the most value from their Qualtrics investment.
