I am wanting to display some headline statistics on a dashboard hosted in the kiosk mode, however the current reporting isn't as eye catching as I would hope. The main things I want to show is an average satisfaction score (ranging between 1-5) and some verbatim customer commentary. I am also unable to change the background colour of the graphs/ charts from white to blend in with the overall kiosk background - any tips or advice on reporting styles and colour changes would be great! Thanks Liz.
I find Guage chart is the best to show the average satisfaction score... you can set the inner rim to see where are we and where we wanted to be...

You can also use the bar chart to see the average satisfaction score trend (weekly, monthly, etc...)

Also, we won't be able to change the background of the charts however, we can change the background of the dashboard.

As @Mohammedali_Rajapakar_Ugam said Gauge chart is great for visualizing Average Rating.

Star Rating widget is also a great widget to show average rating also it helps in showing the breakdown of how this rating is distributed among the respondents.

For headline just add text widget or prepare a colourful image which you can add as widget as images are allowed in vocalize.



For average , you can show gauze or simple widget showing average as a number.



Yiu can show as trend if your average vary daily, like average across day, week, month, year in trend charts.



For verbatims use response ticket and add primary label as your rating question it will help to analyse the poor responses as well as satisfied responses.
