How can I add a trend line to a monthly distribution chart? I attach the chart below, to which I would like to add an NPS trend line.The idea is to mix the first graph with the second one, which I will add below How can I do it? Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi!I have to send a dashboard page as PDF to 2000 different users(emails), filtered by an Embedded Data Field "Company" that is unique for each user.I could manually program a recurrent email with the page filtered and do it manually for the 2000 emails, but I don´t think that that´s the best way. Have anyone done something similar before?Thanks!!

Greetings,We are having survey wherein for every year and quarter the data is getting imported. Have set weighting % in Jan 2021 post importing Q4 2020 data. Now since we are keep on importing Q1 - Q2 2021 data, the weighting % is getting changed. Is is this something bound to happen OR need to look out for alternative solution over here?Tried to find information over here on community, no luck.Can anyone of you please provide your insights?Thanks in advance!Jigar

I can't figure out why my participant count in one of my widgets is significantly less than all of those who took the survey. I don't believe the widget has a filter on it....Is the the NPS by Purpose of Store Visit...245 Responses while 777 have taken the survey....

Hi, I got my data mapped and all the details set up for my dashboard but I dont´have data. How can I make a test to know if my dashboard is working well? Also, when I generate test data that doesn´t appear on my dashboard is this normal?

Can someone help me as the data values doesn't reflect on dashboard specially while using the simple chart.Thanks,

First of all, the dashboard shows 237 completed interviews. However, further investigation of the respondent level data shows we actually only have 155 that have answered at least 1 Q. So, how can I strip out those not answering anything on the dashboard too so that we can see the profile and responses of the 155? Otherwise it will be confusing to seethe regional split of 237 when we should see it only of the 155.

We want to know the % of each of these to the total. In other words, the % of Asian Men, Asian Women, ect. to the total people.

Hi XM Community,I have 2 surveys that have the same multiple choice question. I am using a dashboard to pull the answers into a chart however the 2 separate surveys have different values for the multiple choice selections - ie. survey1 has choices 1, 3, 4, 5 & 8 then survey2 has the same choices but they are coded as 1,3,4,5 & 6. The surveys are live and already have respondants. When I pull the chart in it is showing values 6 and 8 as separate but I want to combine then as they are the same choice in effect. How can I do this? Please help, I just can't figure this out :(

I'm looking to see how a particular topic that has been defined has change in volume and sentiment over time. I'm in TextiQ and can see an 8 week period by week. How can I adjust this to show another date range? Am I in the right module/tool in Qualtrics or am I missing something else obvious?

I've noticed an issue bubbling up in feedback received and would like to add additional embedded data to a survey (ie extra fields I didn't know were important) Can I do that?

Hi, I am running a quarterly NPS program and I would like to be able to identify respondents' scores between the quarters and highlight in the dashboards cases where Q2 became a lower score than Q1.Any ideas on how to prepare the survey and to achieve this?Thanks

I have existing surveys and would like to show internal stakeholders, what our task completion rate is for each. We ask a text-type question "were you able to complete the task you came here to do today" and they answer Yes, No, I'm Not sure, or I'm Not Finished Yet.I want to divide the Yesses into the total responses to get the yes answer completion rates. Is there a way to do this without disrupting the surveys that are live already?My items are basic so hoping there's a basic answer. Most of the other responses I see seem more complicated.Thank you

Hello allI have a question regarding the text iQ table widget. I have a survey with 8 questions. 4 questions have a Likert scale from "Very Satisfied" to "Very Dissatisfied". The other 4 questions are free text questions. I have analysed the free text questions in the text iQ and classified the answers with key topics. Now I would like to have all key topics of my answers in the widget. Is this possible?In this example, you can see a superordinate theme with the associated subthemes. Now I would like to be able to display all 4 parent themes there.I would really appreciate some tips and tricks.GreetingsKarimo

Hi All,I'm after some guidance... I have a new question which I want to back fill with some data from an older version of the question. The new question is a 5pt likert scale (very disat. / fairly disat. / neither sat or disat. / fairly sat. / very sat. & recode values of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively). The old question is 12 questions with the same 5pt likert scale. To get an overall score with the old question I calculated an average (of available (see this link: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/35074#Comment_35074)). This was the best solution in order to get to an aggregate value. Now that we have the new question (which is a question asking about the overall experience rather than its parts), I'd like to think it's possible to back fill the new question using the calculated aggregate from the old question.I understand the new question has a specific silo style of answers (this is what likert is as I understand it) that the responder can select, recoded

Dear Text iQ Specialists,I use Qualtircs in Austria (Language = German). There are no German Topics so i started to create them all by myself. I did that in a Survey. Now I build a Dashboard and I want to use my created Topics but I cant. It seam I have to create new ones again which means twice the work. Is there a possibility to save the Topics and to use them for further Survey or Dashboard?Please let me know how I can manage the Topics.Thx, Romana

Is there a way to make the _time_ portion of either of the metadata date/time fields (i.e., Recorded Date or End Date) display in a Record Grid widget in Vocalize? I can only see the date portion of the field there.

We are using survey questions that come directly from a state agency. The race/ethnicity responses, for the purposes of the dashboard, need to be changed to meet our reporting requirements. If Hispanic or Latino/Latina THEN Hispanic or Latino/LatinaELSE IF prefer not to say THEN prefer not to sayELSE IF More than one selected THEN Two or moreELSE selected Race/EthnictyIs there a way to do this in the Dashboard.

am screen-sharing. e.g. MS Teams meeting, where I need to screen-share and walkthrough dashboards.What I have been seeing is that dashboards take much longer to load the widgets. That is without making changes to the data or edit the widgets. It could be just by changing dashboard pages.The workaround is to stop screen-sharing, reload the page, and re-share the screen.I have seen the slower performance on the survey component when saving surveys, but this is much less obvious than in dashboards.I have notified this more frequently and significantly when using MS Teams, but the same with Zoom. While my first thought was PC performance, bandwidth, organisation setting on the collaboration tools, I have now been told by different customers, that they experience the same behavior.Anyone else sharing same issues?Thanks
