Export of Table widget (.xlsx format) with 2 row dimensions resulting in all combination of row values

Dear All,I have a table widget that has 2 dimensions in ROW and 3 calculated metrics in COLUMN.When I export the data in xlsx format it creates combinations of all values of the 2 row dimensions. for example, if the table looks like this:When I export the data, it shows: It creates all combination of Region with Customer and displays the value. The Display setting also has below settings disabled: What am I doing wrong ? Regards,Neha Tank

Choice Count in Results Dashboard

Hi all,I’m working on a dashboard under the “Results” tab in a particular survey and am struggling with creating a certain table. I can make it easily in the Reports tab (see below) but can’t figure out a way to do it in the dashboard. If it matters, each row is a different question, as we use a Loop & Merge once the respondent picks their Site. Reports is easy, as I can just choose each question as a metric, but I can’t replicate that in the dashboard. Having the count and percentage would be optimal but at this point, I also am okay with just showing the percentage. Thank you for any assistance in advance!

Results viz with loop and merge

We have a survey that asks a few of the same questions, same response choices but for multiple sites. This is set up using loop and merge. I would like to display this data using Results (stacked bar chart or even simple data table) showing data by site in the one visualization instead of creating separate ones for each site. In Reports you can do this using means or simple data table (see below) but I cannot figure out the setup for this in Results. Any ideas or suggestions?? Thank you, Stephanie

CX dashboard, view restrictions

I have a dashboard with 100+ people who are able to view all pages in it. I essentially want to create a private page and only share it with 3 people. I know I can place data restrictions and page access on all the other users so that they cannot see the new private page, but the thought of having to edit 100+ users from view all data to customizing it sounds very time consuming. Hoping someone has a tricky work around for this.

Is My Research Service Quote Ignored?

Hi, I am using Research Service to distribute my lab’s research survey.We already paid, but since the collaboration schedule get delayed, the launching of the survey also got delayed.When we request the quote, the account development manager mentioned that quote is valid for one year. and considering the amount of the samples and survey length, it would take one week to get data. I checked the expiration date with the manger few days ago, and still almost a month left. And Next day, I send anonymous link of the survey and asked the manager to process this. But since then, I haven’t got any reply from him. Is my service deliberately procrastinated waiting for expiration?And why I cannot extend for get a refund or the un processed service quote?Since I paid, nothing has been done. I would much appreciate if someone explains what is going on.

Building a simulator in a dashboard

Hi everyone, Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m trying to build a simulator in a Qualtrics Dashboard.Specifications for the dashboard are that we want to show:CSAT Drivers analysis on CSAT for a matrix of attributes A variable CSAT that can change based on user input into the various driversThe idea is that anyone looking at the dashboard could, say, increase the score of any of the attributes involved in the drivers analysis, and the predicted CSAT score would change based on the attribute chosen and how much its score increased by.As far as I know there isn’t any way to edit the scores of attributes from a dashboard to simulate the effects it would have on CSAT. If anyone has any ideas or has done something similar, I’d love to hear about it and what happened/what it looks like.If all else fails, I’ll likely build the simulator in excel instead.Thanks again!

Adding a sorting function to individual columns in the table widget

Hello all, I am setting up a dashboard for an annual reporting form I’ve built in Qualtrics, and am trying to figure out how to add a sorting function to each column in the table widget like you’d set up in an Excel sheet. I have a row for each respondent on my y-axis in the table widget, and there is a column for each answer choice (0 through 10) on the x-axis. I’d like to be able to click a sorting function on the top of each column so, for example, the the respondents that selected 0 are brought to the top of the table and everyone else is pushed to the bottom. I’m not worried about alphabetical order at this point in time. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. If it would be best to use a different widget type to get the sorting function, I’m also happy to do that. Thank you for your help!

How can I prevent survey from restarting?

Hello,I'm working on building a survey that allows participants to resume from where they left off each day. I've implemented an authenticator based on the 'ExternalDataReference,' so each participant can access their survey using a unique code.However, when I test the survey, it restarts from the beginning every time I enter the code. I need the survey to resume from the point where the participant last stopped. Could you help me resolve this issue? If this is not the right way, please feel free to propose different solutions as well! I suspect this issue might be due to opening the link in incognito mode. However, since I'm entering the code, linked to only one participant it should still work correctly, but it restart every time. How can I solve that>? Thank you.Best regards,

How to configure competitor analysis in Online Reputation Management projects

Hi,while reading about ORM projects, on Q pages it shows often ilustrations of dashboards that display a competitor comparison. It positions the scores in the dashboard against the overall competitors for the different social channels. It seems to work like a benchmarking exercise. I am not able to find information beyond ilustrations. Where are the source of this information coming from and where is it configured in Qualtrics. I also can not find references to it on the support pages. Any tips where can I find it? Thanks

How to append new data in an Imported Data Project?

The imported data project type is a really helpful tool to be able to report on operational data through CX Dashboards. However, I have several use cases where new data will need to be added to the project. I have tried using the Re-import Data feature by exporting the data set and appending the new data to the export and re-importing the data but have not had success getting the data to successfully upload.I end up having to scrap the project and build a survey project which guarantees the ability to import operational data while also being able to add new data without having to re-map the dataset in the CX dashboard every time I need to update.Anyone have success with appending new data to an Imported Data project? Any tips?

CX Dashboard access buttons (Text IQ)

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if it is possible to hide or disable the Text IQ button in a CX Dashboard? I've already prevented end users from editing the topic rules using Roles capabilities on the dashboard level, but users can still access Text IQ, tho. Any ideas on how to manage this? Perhaps through User Types?

Hi everyone , I am looking ways to display 3 pain points generated by Gen AI on my Comments . I have been trying this for a month. I can only see Text Editor and Response Ticker to display Text data. Dashboard - compare 2 data sources between each other

Hello everyone,I am currently working on creating a dashboard, we have an annual survey that we launch every year at the end of the year. I would like to compare my 2022 datas to my 2023 datas. When I mapp the datas in dashboard data in order to make my questions coincide when I create a widget because the items are the same from a year to another the data merges and I would like to have them seperated how can I do this ? Comparing Two Surveys in One Dashboard

I have two surveys that are the same but were conducted three years apart, and I would like to compare the results in a dashboard. I have added the two data sources in the Dashboard Data section, and lined up the matching questions (see below).If I go create a chart and set the Data Set Source field as the data series (or create a table and set the Data Set Source as the columns), I only get the data from the 2018 survey. Could anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

schedule weighting

I am wondering if there is a way to schedule / automatically “redistribute weight” for the current wave.My dashboard has a “monthly” weight define by End Date (Wave). Simple weighting, one variable. Qualtrics automatically add the new wave once a new month starts. However you need manually to “Redistribute weight” for this new wave”So wondering if there is an option to automatically run the weight for the current wave? Ideally run as soon as you receive a new survey for the month, so you can track month to date score, or at least being able to run automatically on the 1st of the month.Also is there an option to display the last time the weight was ran in the dashboard?

Hello community I consult you in our Qualtrics account every time we add a new topic in the text IQ of the dasboard we must add the same topic in the text IQ of the survey project... so it's double work… Is there any way to simplify, and if we add a new topic in the text IQ of the project it will be automatically updated in the text IQ of the dashboard?

Has anyone seen any documentation on Text Analytics NPS Impact Score

Hi community, Been looking at NPS Impact Score within our Text Analytics model which an XM scientist helped us set up a while back when we got started with text analytics. This provides us the overall impact particular topics are having on our overall NPS. I have a colleague of mine who is seeking to better understand what it’s trying to show/calculated (they are more of a statistician than I am). The formula for it is… NPS Impact Score = (Topic Count*(Topic NPS-Overall NPS))/(Overall Count-Topic Count). This is set up as a custom metric, but was a metric encouraged by Qualtrics to monitor text analytics. The question my colleague has is why we include the topic count as both numerator and denominator; and to that I can’t answer (it seems ok to me, but this isn’t my speciality). Surprisingly I recall a bit more documentation on the Qualtrics side when we introduced it, but now nothing seems to come up. I’d like to have more confidence around this if we were to keep using it, but ca
