An option out of 4 for a particular question is missing in the filter of a metric while creating widget of a Dashboard, why is this happening and how to correct it?

I've been using Qualtrics for about a decade now, mostly on the dashboard side, and like a lot of you I've spent a lot of that time on the same repetitive setup: pick a chart type, find the right field, set the metric, set the filter, repeat across every page.I've been building something for that. Hello,We run an Ad-hoc employee research survey twice per year, we do a copy of it, and reuse dashboards. We noticed that recently, it is impossible to have two rows in the table like in my screenshot (Domain AND Train) - we have an unexpected error message. It used to work during a few waves..Is there a new limitation? any workaround ? Thank you in advance, 

Hi all, I’m wondering if there is a way to set up a dashboard to only show a certain amount of responses. For instance, lets say I have the following:Dataset1: 1000 responsesDataset2: 1000 responses I want to show only 500 responses from each set in the dashboard…. Hi,I have a simple requirement in CX dashboard to show a count of customers who participated in survey. When we choose Count Metric, it shows the Response count whereas I need to consider each account only once. It doesnt let us select COUNT AT CUSTOMER level in metric.For example, say below is the response count of each customer:Cust1 - 5Cust2 - 10Cust3 - 5I want to show the value 3 instead of 20 in my dashboard. How can we do it ? In my case Customer is an embedded field.Thanks in advance.

Has anyone figured out how to copy a page from one dashboard to another? Or is this possible? This is a separate issue from duplicating a full dashboard (which I know how to do). Sometimes I spend a fair amount of time on the layout of a page, and it would be nice to be able to copy just that page into another existing dashboard. Thanks!

Okay, I want to display on my dashboard how many surveys were sent per agent. Is that possible?All agent data is loaded into each survey as metadata, so in theory, I think yes. I’m just not sure how to display it for my agents. Some of them feel like they don’t get the same amount of responses but I can’t control customers answering surveys so I thought if I could show them that they went OUT, that would help create trust.

Hello everyone!  I’m just wondering has anyone used Text IQ to review unacceptable comments made in open ended questions?  I have created the topics and loaded into TextQ which appears to be working well (maybe identifying a few too many!) I would be interested to hear how others are then using this to redact comments or “cleansing” the comments to be published in dashboards.  Do you extract the raw comment file and then reload via an Imported Data Project and add as a data source to the final dashboards?  Or use workflows within each survey?  Any ideas would be much appreciated!  Thanks! My customer has a question:When the CEO is viewing the dashboard, they may notice some issues that need the CXM team’s attention. The CEO wants to send that specific issue directly and create an email or ticket so it can be assigned for follow-up.This is similar to working on an online Word document, where the CEO can highlight a section, add a comment, and tag a staff member to check it.Now that they are considering purchasing the Qualtrics system, they hope it can support this kind of working process in a convenient way.Do you have any suggested solution?p/s: Using dashboard export or email dashboard does not seem to fully match their expectation. Also, exporting the dashboard may create large email attachments and take up too much email storage.

I need my Widget to display the correct answer when a student selects the wrong answer. I keep getting NA in the field. I have the CorrectAnswer_Q1 = D (This is for early literacy) in an embedded data block. The next embedded data block has Missed_Q1_CorrectAnswer. The help AI tells me to leave this blank, so it says to Set a Value Now. Under the quiz block, I have a branch if Q1 score is Equal to 0 (I do have scoring set up) Then I have an embedded data nested under that with Missed_Q1_CorrectAnsswer =$e://Field/CorrectAnswer_Q1}. In my dashboard: I have mapped Missed_Q1_CorrectAnswer. (set to Open Text)When I put the mapped field in the record grid, I get N/A for both correct and incorrect answers. What am I doing wrong? Qualtrics is still pretty new to me and the AI help isn’t helping.

I’m facing an issue with getting a distinct count of clients in my dashboard and wanted to check if there’s a workaround.In my setup, “Client” is an embedded data field (e.g., ABC, DEF, GHI). Each client has multiple contacts/respondents. For example:ABC → 12 contacts, 6 responses DEF → 10 contacts, 5 responses GHI → 6 contacts, 2 responsesCurrently, the dashboard shows the total number of responses (6 + 5 + 2 = 13), which is expected. However, what I need is a way to show the number of distinct clients that have at least one response (in this case, 3 clients: ABC, DEF, GHI).The data is managed through XM Directory, and the survey is already live with responses coming in.Is there any workaround to achieve this—perhaps using a custom metric, table, or by counting distinct embedded data values where responses exist?Any guidance would be really helpful. Hello, Could you please explain us a little bit better the Scorecard Widgets explanation from  the XM Community ? “For example, for the statement “I would recommend this as a great place to work” in the example below, 74% of the respondents responded favorably. For the category “Company Pride,” on average, 62% of the respondents responded favorably for all of the statements within that category. Would it mean in your example that the average answer is positive for 62% of people ( by average I mean the average of 2 subsequent questions) ? Or sth else - the calculation takes the number of positive answers for each sub question ?Scorecard Widget (EX) - Qualtrics here is your explanation that is not clear for us.Thank you

In Response Quality tab, speeders are defined as more than two standard deviations faster than the median duration. How can I flag these speeders in a dashboard? What I want to do is create a gauge widget that will tell me the percentage of speeders from total completions.

I have a dataset created using data modeler. It has multiple join conditions, however, the resulting output dataset does not have the expected data. The fields used as the join conditions have the same field type, and the values do not contain spaces or other hidden characters. In the resulting dataset, it seems that no values from the right side of the join were carried over (they’re all N/A). That includes the survey response's value for distribution id (Q_EMD), which is one of the join conditions so it SHOULD have a value. I have inspected the data sources themselves, and there are rows in each for which all three of the join conditions are true.Is anyone else having this problem? Have you had this problem and then resolved it? Is there something that I may be missing?

TLDR: I want to share specific dashboards with specific classes of user based on their staff record, all of whom will get their Qualtrics account via SSO provisioning. Thought I could do this via “user groups” but looks like no. Details:We’re launching SSO for Qualtrics. I have it set to auto assign new staff/users to different Qualtrics “user groups” based on their division within my organization. E.g., if our staff database shows them as being in Division A, they are auto-assigned to Qualtrics user group Division A. My plan had been to share the Division A dashboard with user group Division A… but it looks like dashboards (unlike surveys) can only be shared with individual users or “roles.” Any suggestions for how to solve this problem? 

I’ve installed the Qualtrics app (from AppExchange) in Salesforce and completed the connection setup. I’m able to view the dashboards in Salesforce that I created in Qualtrics. However, the page filters I added don’t return any data when I click on them in Salesforce.Is this expected behavior, or might I be missing a configuration step?

I am trying to create a level-based CX org hierarchy that essentially acts as a parent-child hierarchy with employee/manager names listed throughout the hierarchy. The hierarchy should be based on the employee ID which will match a data field in the survey response/dashboard data set. When the hierarchy filter displays in the dashboard, the filter should display the employee names rather than employee ID. We initially tried to do this via parent-child hierarchies, but that did not work for us since we wanted to be able to select the very bottom leaves/nodes in the hierarchy to view their results rather than just select managers. We switched to level-based hierarchies based on the advice here. I can confirm the overall level-based hierarchy structure is working using the configuration below. Hi everyone,We are configuring the Map widget in Qualtrics and we have a question about the location label displayed for each point.Right now, the widget asks us for a location field using the physical point coordinates (latitude/longitude). When we load the coordinates, the map places the points correctly, but the labels shown for those points are the coordinates themselves.What we need is for the label to display the branch name or branch key/code instead of the coordinates.Our challenge is scale: we have more than 1,000 physical locations, so using manual edit mapping is not a viable option.Has anyone configured the Map widget so that:the point location is based on latitude/longitude, but the visible label shows another field, such as branch name or branch ID/key?Is there a native way to do this in Qualtrics, or would it require a workaround such as embedded data transformation, custom mapping, or custom code?Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Tha

Hello,We are in the process of launching a retail client that utilizes a 4-4-5 fiscal calendar.  They want to use that for reporting, when looking at scores for this period vs. last period.  Or any trends over time.  Is there a way to add that data into the dashboard to report out using the clients fiscal calendar?
