CX Dashboards

Hi all, I have created a single widget (horizontal bar chart) using this guide: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/common-use-cases-voc/viewing-matrix-statements-in-a-single-widget/ However, when I try to weight the data, there’s no option. Top/ Bottom box metrics dont seem to allow it when using a matrix/ measure set? Has anyone had this issue? Thanks, Mike.

I have a dashboard that has a whole bunch of surveys mapped to it. I have an intern and would like to have them do some documentation on the mapping and am wondering if there is a way to export the mapped data showing in rows and columns just as we see in the dashboard map section. I don’t want to give a qualtrics user license/access so I’m hoping there’s a workaround here for them to be able to view the data as to which survey question is mapped into which field on the dataset.  

Hi everyone,has ever anyone of you succeeded in making a Contentsquare Session Recording run in a respective CX dashboard widget?I managed to make the Contentsquare-Qualtrics connection and session recording links are reported in my data, but when clicking on the video icon in my Contentsquare Session Recording widget the cursor circle rotates and rotates and rotates and rotates and nothing else happens.😫 h.

I’m creating a survey to be distributed to 30 different sites. I want each site to be able to benchmark their survey responses against all of the other sites. However, I don’t want to compare the sites against everything in aggregate-I want to compare the weighted average of each site.  Essentially, the  benchmark should be calculated like this (but with 30 sites)Site 1 Site 2 Site  3 Site 4 4.2 3.5 4.8 2.7  (4.2+3.5+4.8+2.7)/4 =  3.8 The only way I can see to do this is to create a custom metric for each question which is going to be more time consuming than I’d like. Am I missing an  easier way to accomplish this?

I have two data sources joined using the Data Modeler. There’s one field in each source that I want to compare and keep the lowest value. If I were in a spreadsheet, I’d just use a MIN function, but I’m not sure how to do this in Qualtrics.As a workaround, I’m currently using a custom metric that multiplies the two values. This doesn’t give the minimum directly, but it produces a number that correlates with the lowest value.For context, both fields have values from 0–3. Multiplying all combinations gives scores of: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 9. I have a CX dashboard where we are using data restrictions to limit what records users can view from the full survey response dataset. They mostly should only be seeing results from their own customers’ data. However, we would like them to be able to compare their results to the overall company/global results within the same page.In EX dashboards this can be enabled with Comparisons that allow for filtered data comparisons that show results for the whole company or for your org hierarchy leader for example. In CX dashboards, we do not have the same available Comparisons feature.The only way I am seeing to do this would be to setup Custom Metrics that are set to a value equal to the value for the whole company. We would need to get the note down the value for each survey question and then configure a separate custom metric for every question with these static values. These custom metrics could then be displayed in the dashboard.Has anyone else had this issue befo

Hello Everyone,I am looking for advice on a CX Table widget that i need to display the following:I have 5 total surveys but i am trying to show how they all contribute to the overall average 0-10 score. For instance a survey with 1,000 responses will drive the score higher or lower depending on its average score compared to a survey with 100. The table needs to show our average score between FY as well as how many responses we received Bonus if it could show the contribution % to the overall score by each survey type In the dashboard data, i have each of the surveys mapped to their own individual Number Set variable as well as an overall one that has the combined scores.Attempts so far:Multi Source Table: I was able to look at the averages for all 5 surveys plus the overall score, but i could not figure out how to show a Count columns in between the averages to display how many r

We have a survey working perfectly to score phone calls that are observed by auditors. At the end of the survey, you get a wonderful scorecard like the one in the attached screenshot. How do we see this again? We want to mimic this display in a dashboard where auditors and look up agents and calls and see this exact thing. Since Qualtrics produces this automatically at the end of the survey for the taker, there MUST be a way to pull this up somewhere else. I simply must be missing something obvious.Note: we do not want responses that piece together a bunch of widgets to approximate the screenshot below. The Qualtrics dashboards leave a ton to be desired when it comes to appearance.  

Our team uses multiple custom metrics to help us determine quarterly and yearly changes across different attributes. However, we came across an issue where on the dashboard, we set our threshold counts so the results are hidden if it does not meet the threshold but the custom metric shows. Is there any way to place threshold counts on the actual custom metrics rather than just on the dashboard or widget?

How does Qualtrics handle data refresh and aggregation in dashboards when filters are applied on Embedded Data fields, and why can filtered dashboard metrics differ from the same filters applied in Data & Analysis?

Can dashboard filters break if a survey question adds new values later?

My dashboard numbers don’t match the survey responses. What are the common things to check first?

Hello! I have a dashboard with a multi-value text set filter. The multiple values are A, B, C, and D. I’ve filtered on A and B. Since there are survey responses with A+C answered and B+D answered, all A, B, C, and D show up in the charts even though only A and B are selected in the filter. How do I get only A and B to show up in the charts? I know there is the exclusively option, but that’s not quite what I’m looking for - I still want to see the As where something else is also selected.

I know there isn’t a built-in decision tree visualization widget in CX dashboards, but I’m wondering if anyone has tried creating something similar using the existing widgets. Ideally, something that both looks good and conveys the branching logic clearly.If you’ve managed to build a custom version (using charts, nested containers, or any creative combination), I’d love to see how you approached it. Examples/screenshots would be awesome.

In a gauge chart, i want to set colour showing 1 to 2.7 as red, 2.8 to 3.7 as yellow,3.8 to 5 as green.The challenge is in display it lets you give min, max and < values. And that value is used to set the upper limit of red and lower limit of yellow, etc.Can we do anything so that we get the values as desired ?

How can I use Benchmark in a dashboard to compare multiple business units??

I downloaded the template for importing benchmarks into a CX dashboard, and uploaded them successfully.  They show up in the metrics section for widgets, but they don’t work.  I always get a message saying that “This metric configuration is missing. Please select another one.”  Then you can’t even unselect them.  Anyone ever run into this?

How to ensure instructors only see their own response rate dashboards?

I have a CX dashboard where I would like to utilize textiq widgets, however I would like to analyze and display all the open text questions as though they were one question to capture a wider picture. I know that if it was only one survey that had multiple open text questions I would go into field editor  and create a merge field. I am unsure of the best way to go about this being that is more than one survey we’re pulling from and each of the surveys has 2+ open text questions.

HelloIn our survey we ask customers to take photos and upload these using the file upload question type and this can work well enough.However, what isn't clear is how we can show these in CX dashboards? I can't quite see how the image widget type would work for this, or any other.Has anyone managed this before?

Hi,On my dashboard, I added a "description" in some widgets, which gives the (i) info icon.It use to be that whey you hover over that (i) icon, that you see the description.However, now I am getting the following:it sais "description Yes" instead of the actual description...is this normal?

Dear community,I have created a matrix question in CX survey in order to collect requests for new feature and its importance. However, I encountered the problem with creating a single widget for this question in a dashboard.The matrix question has been setup as follows:6 Statements, each of the statements allows text entry2 scale points (essential / nice to have)I created a generic group with text data data in the statement 1 - 6 to consolidate text comments, then tried record widget but it didn't work.Does anyone have any idea how I can create a single widget in my dashboard?
