Are you or your stakeholders skeptical of survey data? Many are becoming increasingly skeptical of survey data, in terms of relevance, inherent bias, and retrospective views. How can a broader cross-section of distribution methods can improve this sampling? Do you have any examples of how broadening your sampling methods across multiple channels improved data quality and reduced bias? Has anyone done this analysis across your own internal or external customer base? Tell us in the comments how one can improve the integrity of survey results 🤔

Introducing Identity ResolutionWhen you upload multiple contact lists or have multiple data sources for your contact uploads, you run the risk of creating multiple contact records for a single individual. These duplicate contact records prevent you from maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. With the Identity Resolution feature in Qualtrics, you can automatically remove those duplicate records in your XM Directory. Check out the video below for a few tips on using Identity Resolution to automate clean contact data. *Please note: Only brand admins have access to create Identity Resolution rules Leave a comment below to let us know what questions you have or share how you use Identity Resolution in your Directory. For further technical guidance, review our support resource on Merging Contacts
Hi there,I have 30 photos of people and 30 sentences describing actions. I need to create randomized pairs where a photo is displayed with a sentence below it, and participants will evaluate the person depicted using a Likert scale. Participants must see all 30 pairs.Participants should not see any repeated photos or sentences. I want the pairs to be randomized so that any photo can be paired with any sentence from the set. Additionally, I need to record which photo and sentence were shown for each evaluation in the dataset.(I expect to have a certain amount of mid-dropout participants because the task is lengthy). What approach can I use to achieve this? So far, I created a block with a multiple-choice item using images and another item with sentences. I applied advanced randomization to ensure that only one of the image choices is displayed evenly. I did the same for the sentences. Then, I applied JavaScript to hide the image item, automatically select the displayed choice, and click
I’m having a devil of a time getting Qualtrics engineers to engage on a non-functional Vanity URL setup. Is anyone else having a similar issue & if so, may we coordinate? Right now, my institution can’t really use Qualtrics Surveys properly. I know that research and assessment uses will quickly stack up & you’d think a situation where the product isn’t working - would get more attention. 🤷🏼History: I started a ticket in November when our Vanity URL setup failed. There was robust discussion between someone within Qualtrics & my Sysadmin (all passed through me and another local Qualtrics Admin) that was mostly a repetition of Qualtrics saying “do this...” with the reply from my sysadmin “yes, I did that, here’s the error..” And a return from Qualtrics that was basically “do this… “ (over & over.)Largely due to December outages, the ticket then languished in that no-solution land - and was closed without resolution. I began again in January .. with a 2 hour tech s
I set up an email distribution for a survey by uploading participant information into the contact list and using it to send emails. The initial email included the survey link, which was set to expire after 3 months. Additionally, I scheduled three reminder emails to be sent to non-responding participants at intervals of 7, 14, and 21 days. These reminder emails also used the same 3-month expiration date for the survey link. Now that all the emails have been sent and the original expiration date has passed, I’m wondering:If I add another reminder to the same distribution, will the survey links become available for another 3 months? Alternatively, do I need to set up a new distribution for that panel following the same process again?
How to select dynamic list from file in MCQ answer list ? For ex. We have 600 + partner list in flat file so how to connect that to select names from that file in Qualtrics survey.
Hi everybody, naively I copied and paste question and answers from a MS word, and moreover I changed the layout of much of the text and the answers of the question. Now I’d like to override everything by using a CSS that makes every text (questions, answers, choices, everything) as big as 20px.I have some code but it doesn’t fix some responses, text/graphics entries etc..Skin .QuestionText {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .QuestionBody {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .AnswerText {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .AnswerBody {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .TextGraphicText {font-size:25px !important}I tried to use the layout mask in Look and Feel but it doesn’t override rich text changes. Moreover, some lines of the matrices I have are not considered as ‘question’ or either ‘answer’, The same happens with levels of the likert scales.Every hint is appreciated. Thanks alot
Hi everyone, I read through some previous posts, some are a bit dated >5 years and others a bit too narrow. My goal is to build a new panel using Qualtrics Audience Management. We’ve decided to use a create a new directory to keep the panel isolated from current directory (which are mostly transactional surveys). As I understand the high level steps involved in establishing a panel, it would involve: Create new directory Configure panel using Audience Management widget Upload a list to new directory Add a research project (survey) - include opt-in question at end of survey (Alternate to 4) - use pre-configured sign up survey in Audience Management Configure workflow to use embedded data field (“Yes, I agree to join panel...”) Send a welcome questionnaire for joining the panel via workflow Start engaging opted in panel members in research activitiesIs that generally the steps? Any tips or tricks to build engagement? Any challenges that folks have run into starting up the panel? Th

When I’m using the new widgets, the data is exporting in an odd fashion and not reflective of the widget format. Is this a known issue? For ref: the widget i’m using is the new Table widget.
