When I try to download a survey response to pdf the questions are populating with Qualtrics template language for the type of question and not showing the actual question. For example, My first question is a “Form” type.

The pdf is showing “Q1. Finally, the last text entry we’ll talk about is the “Form” type. It’s like a group of smaller boxes that are all put together, and allows you to gather smaller pieces of information...”.  

Q1 form is showing the correct response, but the question is template Qualtrics language. Same for a multiple choice question. The question is Qualtrics template language explaining the multiple choice question type and even the multiple choice answers are templated, however the selected response corresponds with what position the multiple choice answer is on the actual survey.

My question is how can I show my actual survey questions and responses when I export to PDF?
