Hi, is there a way to PDF export all individuals responses at ONCE as PDFs from the Data & Analysis page?  Currently, this seems to be one-by-one from this page - is there examples of how this can be done? Thanks

Hello, I would like to administer the ICCAS in Qualtrics. Briefly, “The ICCAS was designed to assess the change in interprofessional collaboration-related competencies in healthcare students and practicing clinicians before and after IPE training interventions. Specifically, this 21-item, self-report tool measures participants' skills in communication, collaboration, roles and responsibilities, collaborative patient-family-centered approach, conflict management/resolution, and team functioning.  Using a retrospective pre-post approach, participants complete the tool after IPE training, but rate their abilities twice: once as they recall them prior to training, and again now that training is done.”Can this be administered in Qualtrics as a matrix type question?  If so, how?Thank you. 

I want to ask respondents their awareness and familiarity of various apps. My instinct is a slider scale, but it looks wonky. Any other suggestions? Or ways to make the slider look okay?  

It is not possible to add newly created users to ticket groups in Qualtrics CX. We have already reported an incident. But did you also face an issue like this and know another workaround for us? Thank you

Hi all, hope you are well! I have a problem that would require help urgently as it relates to my research data and so if you are able to help, I would really really appreciate it! Thanks a lot! I knew that my university is going to stop using Qualtrics and so I "collaborated" (e.g., send ongoing surveys with data) with a personal free Qualtrics account of mine before the end of 2025. To this end however, I made a mistake thinking that the collaborated surveys will still be intact after the university has terminated the original account and I am just wondering if there is any way of retrieve the data if possible? I have incomplete data up to the end of 2025 although I have collected some additional data in the first week of January and so if there is a way to retrieve it, that would be greatly appreciated. I need your help!!!I have this survey that many people complete that requires them to upload file(s). After the deadline when I’m compiling the raw data, I use the “Revert to old versions of dashboards” button under settings on the Results tab (screenshot attached). This allows me to export all uploaded files to specific questions into a single PDF with links that will open the selected link/uploaded file in a browser tab when clicked.Has anyone found a way to accomplish this in the new version of dashboards? If not, can you please upvote this as a feature to stay (to either revert to old dashboards or add this as a new feature in the new version of dashboards)?If you have any questions or need clarification on my post, please comment. :) Thank you for your time,- Dara L.

I have 3 lifecycle touchpoint surveys and my client would like one single dashboard for all three surveys.  I have previously been able to do this in an normal EX project but it no longer seems to be an option.  I tried mapping the question fields from the 2nd & 3r surveys into the dashboard of the 1st survey, and although the question items are mapped in to the dashboard, they don’t appear in widget selections so I can build any widgets from them.  Any suggestions of how best to do this.

We have successfully launched 3 surveys over the past few months. Now the fun begins - training our front-line teams on the dashboards and survey responses. Starting with one initial high-level introduction - this is what you will see when you log in? What the NPS and Open text questions are?Any tips on socializing and getting buy in from our front-line workers? Hi All, I need to delete some old users and clean up / move various surveys into a central account.  Some of these surveys are key to the business and are live and have images that are used and (possibly) sourced from their own library instead of a shared library.  You can copy the images and files to a shared library but the problem is the the URLs will not stay the same. I have many surveys to migrate to a new owner and I do not know what images in the old user’s library have been used (in the survey and email messages etc).  We need to find a solution that either keeps the same URLs or helps us find which images are used and where. Has anyone else experienced this issue and what is the work around? ThanksRod Pestell

Hi, I’m exporting survey data from Qualtrics and the respondent identifier fields (e.g., RecipientEmail/Name) are redacted as ******* in Data & Analysis and in the Excel export.How can I enable View Restricted Data for my Qualtrics user account , or advise who can do this? I need a non-redacted export for research linkage (pseudonymised ID is also fine ). I hope that someone can advise please. Best regards Michael

Looking at AI to help with constructing a survey and it’s very helpful. When I’m done, I asked it to create a QSF of the survey so I could upload it to Qualtrics. Unfortunately, the handoff wasn’t clean. I’m thinking it’s because the specifics for Qualtrics are not static, they change occasionally and the AI may not be up-to-date. I think this because the AI actually has the option of saving the work as a QSF! In any case, I’m planning to provide a QSF to the AI and ask it to match/use it as a template. And/or have it replace the questions in the QSF with the questions it generates for me. What does anyone/everyone think? Has anyone already solved this riddle?

Hello,I have a study where participants see a randomized series of images. When I preview the study, they are slow to load. I tried using the code mentioned in a response to this post, but it did not resolve the issue. I have 49 images, which might be why that code didn’t work for me. Because the images are randomized and the participants should be able to see them in any order, I can’t break the images into smaller sections and use the code to load the cache intermittently. Participants can look at the images for as long as they want. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I am building a conjoint experiment involving 5 different product blocks. Each product block uses Loop & Merge to display 5 randomized scenarios to the participant (25 total decision scenarios per respondent).The Setup:I am using JavaScript to generate randomized attributes for each scenario (e.g., Price, Credit Balance, Payment Terms, Credit Limit). The randomization logic is complex (e.g., Credit Balance depends on the Credit Limit assigned earlier).The Problem:I initially tried calculating these values inside the loop and saving them using Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData. Hello,Me and my team collaborate on many different projects and edit them frequently so I want to automate survey export in QSF format (i.e. backups of survey questions and survey structure itself, NOT survey responses). This is a procedure one typically does manually via the “tools>import/export>export survey” menus in the “Survey” page. Is there any way to automate this process and save the QSF file of each project somewhere (on the web/cloud) periodically?Thanks.

Is there a faster way to check if a survey has been sent to a customer email? Currently going to Email distribution to pick a date range and needing to export each date file to search for an email.  

Greetings!To avoid order effects, my team and I need to randomize conditions, groups, and blocks in several ways. Unfortunately, this complexity of Qualtrics programming falls outside of my current repertoire and what I have been able to find on YouTube and by poking around on this community site. I’m crossing my fingers and toes the Qualtrics community “hive mind” can save the day.We are doing a mixed design, with an overall within-subjects design (two conditions: A, B) that each have three components (1, 2, 3) with a between-subjects aspect in component 3. In component 3, participants need to be randomized to one of three valanced conditions (X, Y, Z).Within both main conditions (A, B) participants need to see the three components in a chronological, specific order (1, 2, 3) and some of these components have groups (1 and 3 only, not 2). A participant on a contact list has reported that he could not start my survey.  (I set authentication in the survey.)  He received an error message: “You are not authorized to resume this session”, and claimed that he hasn’t started the survey successfully because he encountered this error when he first logged into Qualtrics. He tried a few more time, and still got the same message, even when he used InPrivate window. The survey has been launched last Friday to 20+ people, so far this participant is the first one who reported the error. Anyone has an idea to sort this out? One of my surveys, distributed via email through Qualtrics, has started displaying this screen to some omers who received this email. I still have some responses coming in, so this isn’t happening for everyone. We’ve been sending this survey out the same way for months, so I don’t know why it’s suddenly throwing a fit.  This is the survey link/URL within the email we send.  What some customers see:

I’d love to get your insights on this.The Current Setup: The survey consists of a main block with about 22 questions. Following this block, there are multiple Branch Logic paths based on two variables: Device Type (Mobile vs. Desktop); NPS Group (Promoter, Passive, Detractor). I need to edit either the recorded date and/or the end date on imported survey responses. Back story is my company used a 3rd party to survey back in December 2025 and we just got the raw data files. We would like to use Qualtrics dashboard to display the info but we are trying to break it out by quarter and January 2026, when we got the data to import, is a new quarter. I know I could create a new field and then use it for trend tracking on the dashboard but that would manually require me to sort the (new) date field axis manually on every widget each time I import new results. Ideally I would like to be able to use the start/end/record date so that I can set up my widgets chronologically and break out by month/quarter/etc...

I have a massive survey with over 60 matrix questions that all have the same scale points, these questions are all contained within their own block. (I have not yet done this but each question will have display logic on it so that each participant only sees one of the matrix questions, not all 60+). I need to add a piece of embedded data in the survey flow where it places a negative value in the embedded field if “Poor” is selected. I know that I can do this by creating a whole bunch of OR statements, one for each question, but am wondering if there is a way to do this for the entire block since the entire block only contains matrix questions which all have this same scale point. 

Hi please add a function for disabling Qualtrics' auto suggested answer choices. Most of the surveys we plan have preplanned question and answer choices. We don’t need Qualtrics to suggest the answer choices. This feature is counter productive as we have to delete the new answer choices everytime.
