summation from the values of images

I have screenshots of product items with prices, displayed as an image form. I want to add the prices of all the products selected by the participants. Suppose they choose 5 out of 10 items (as shown in the images); the next page should display the summation of all the selected items. Is it possible to execute this?

Quotas not updating?

I have created some very straightforward quotas but they are not updating and all are stuck at 0 and I can’t see why.  They all just look at 2 fields and use AND. The first field in the quota is a single select question so the quota builder just provides a dropdwn for me to choose which response is being measured. The second is an embedded data field and I have checked the spelling and formatting and the value in my quota matches what is set in the survey. When I recreate my quota rules as filters in Data & Analysis I see the matching responses. My embedded data field is a text value “COMPLETED”  and the quota rule says “is equal to” - is “contains” or a regex pattern going to be more reliable (even though “COMPLETED” is the value in my data)? Quota: In Data & Analysis:

Matrix/Likert/Drag and Drop Responses Not Recorded in "View Response"

My survey contains a Likert matrix question with drag and drop answer type. The question is functioning perfect for survey respondents. However, I am not able to view their individual responses to this question in the “Data & Analysis” tab when I select “View Response” or “Export to PDF” for a single respondent. All that appears is a list of all possible answers and empty boxes, as if they did not sort any of the answers.If it is relevant, the question also utilizes display logic and piping for some answer choices. Interestingly, in “View Response,” the piped answers appear, but the display logic is not factored in (i.e. all possible answer choices are listed out in “View Response” rather than the ones that particular respondent would have seen when completing the survey). It is very important that I am able to view individual responses to this particular question. Does anyone know why that is happening or a possible solution?

Blank space in data and analysis / missing dat

Hi,I've recently noticed an issue with my survey data. When I check the data and analysis sections, some of the data appears blank, while other parts are still intact.Could you please advise what might be causing this? Simple Layout JS Disabling Forced Response

Hello!I have a question, Q3, where if the user selects recode value 1, hide Q11 and auto-code Q11 = 7. The problem is, Q11 is a Forced Response and I'm having trouble disabling that. Creating a question map/panel

Hi everyone,We’re building an in-house questionnaire that’s pretty long and has a lot of display logic. Because the survey is so lengthy, we wanted to see if there’s a way to create some kind of question map or navigation panel, where you can click on a question (or section) to jump back to it, instead of hitting the back button over and over again.I already have the survey split into blocks, but because of the display logic, people may see more or fewer questions within a block.Does anyone know if something like this is possible in Qualtrics?I appreciate any guidance!

Matching embedded data to an imported list

In our survey we carry across some data from Salesforce to Qualtrics via query strings.We do not have salesforce integration setup at this time due to some organisational barriers. One embedded data field is the system ID for the agent who initiated the call.I’d like to import the IDs and Names as a seperate dataset and match them to the embedded data. Is this possible and how would I go about matching the two sets together for use in a dashboard?

Custom code for font colour in response scale box

Hi there, does anyone out there know/have code that will allow me to change the font in my response selection boxes in EX to white.  Currently I have a green box with black font but I would like the font to turn white when selected.  Note I need the font to remain in black if not-selected, but turn white when selected.

Views on Qualtrics are not increasing my Youtube video's viewcount

I have a YouTube video embedded into my Qualtrics survey that 500 people apparently watched via the survey, but the video’s view count on YouTube has only increased by 20. I’m pretty sure they watched it because nearly all spent the video’s 10-minute duration on the page and many participants described it accurately. Has anyone else seen this view count discrepancy happen? Thanks,Benji

Help Updating Open-Ended Question Text Based on NPS Score

Hi everyone,I'm trying to dynamically change the text of an open-ended question on the same page as an NPS question in Qualtrics, based on the NPS score the respondent selects.The idea is to keep just one open-ended question, but with different wording depending on the score: 9–10 (Promoter): "Você poderia comentar o que mais gostou?" 7–8 (Neutral): "Comente por favor, o que faltou para sua experiência ser melhor:" 0–6 (Detractor): "Comente por favor, o que não saiu como esperado:" I've tried several JavaScript approaches, but nothing seems to update the question text correctly once a choice is selected.If anyone has working code (especially for the standard NPS question type), or knows a reliable method that works within Qualtrics' constraints, I would be really grateful.Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi. We send out internal suirveys only, but have an organisation with multiple domain names. Is there a way to permanently disable the requirement for an opt-out link for all our internal domains? Thanks.

Anyone ever integrate the CX platform with Docebo?

I have a use case for integrating the CX platform with Docebo, an LMS system.  On the Docebo side there are is an integration process through Docebo Connect, but it’s purely on the Docebo side; nothing exists in Qualtrics for integration (like it does for Salesforce, Gladly, Hubspot, etc).  Has anyone ever done this integration?  How did it go?

Tracking sequence of randomizer and 'Back' button

Hello!Question 1:Is there anyway to track what sequence a participant encountered three randomized blocks?So for example in my survey flow, I have:Randomizer Block 1 Block 2 Block 3 And I’d like to record an embeddedData that just says:Sequence = 1, 2, 3. or 3,1,2 or 2,31 etc. Is this possible? Question 2:Also about a quarter of the way through my study, I’d like to introduce a ‘Back’ button that allows people to reattempt questions they’ve already completed, but not the questions of the first quarter.Is this possible? Thanks for your help!

Removal of contact part of a segment

Hi,I had a segment defined with 30 contacts for which a distribution was created.I need to send a reminder in 2 days time but there is a request to delete one contact A to whom the invite was sent. I deleted the contact A from the contact list.Will the reminder still be sent to the contact A when I send a reminder to the distribution ? Regards,Neha Tank

Limit to the number of Reuseable Choices?

I have a programming survey which leverages Reuseable Choices but lately when we attempt to add additional choices (the programs change month to month) it is really slow or won’t let us add at all.  Is this a bug or should we go about this a different way?

Truly justify the text of "next" button

I have some CSS code in place to hide the default “next page” text of the next button, because I only want to display the clean “<” and “>” arrows. The code I’m using is:/* next/back button */#navigation .navigation-button,#navigation .previous-button { font-size: 0; /* Hides the text */}This works nicely except one thing:Even though the source code says, the content is center-justified, it is clearly not, i.e. the next button is shifted a little bit to the right. Here’s a zoom of it /the two smaller lines are exactly 50% of the width of the button):So how can I make sure that the next/back arrows are exactly centered?

Do NOT auto-check boxes if text entry is used

I have a multiple choice question that allows multiple answers and has text entry that forces responses on some of the selections. Currently, if a respondent enters anything into the text entry box of an answer choice, that answer choice gets automatically checked. I do NOT want the answer choice to be auto-checked (i.e. if the respondent enters text into a text entry box, the selection remains unchecked unless the respondent checks it).Is there a way to turn the auto-checking off?

Embedded data in URLs not being collected, e.g. Q_Language

As anyone ever come across an issue where embedded data in URLs is not being collected properly?  I have created personal links, but they are being sent to a panel provider so we don’t know who the recipients will be at the point of creation so we add country, language, and id parameters to the URL rather than including this data at link creation. But they don’t seem to be working? Here I have specified: Q_Language=DE But the survey still shows in English. And though  I can’t show it here with screenshots, the user_id is needed for redirects upon completion but when I arrive at the redirect URL user_id is blank so it has not been collected. All of my embedded data fields are at the very top of mysurvey flow and match exactly (i.e. case and spelling). I notice that if I remove Q_DL=… from the URL then the error mesage does show in the language specified so is it possible that this value has been corrupted somehow? And if it is something to do with Q_DL then can I be sure the issue is re

How is Qualtrics caluclating their internal Van Westendorp variables, and should I use them?

We are running a pricing study, and using the Van Westendorp pre-built Qualtrics survey for the first time. While we know conceptually about how to graph and use the 4 variables (we won’t be using Qualtrics’ internal graphing, due to data cleaning being done outside of the platform), but when we checked out data, we see that Qualtrics has created 4 additional variables that differ from the direct responses the participants entered.  They’re called “Pricing Data - Too Inexpensive/Inexpensive/Expensive/Too Expensive”. We can’t figure out, nor find any documentation on, how Qualtrics is calculating these new variables and what they mean. As you can see, most all of the values are getting discounted from the original submitted values, and the vast majority are blank?? If it matters, we did set an upper and lower price limit of $1-$50 (the item is a premium version of a CPG usually in the $5-15 range). Does anyone have insight into what these variables are, how they’re being calculated, why
