Remove email sub-type filter

There is no way to use the same template for a distribution email as a reminder email. I have to store two separate emails due to the filtering on sub-type in the selection field from the email form. This is rather frustrating as it means that I am now forced to keep two copies of this email and update both of them with any changes I make. This is just duplicating data for no reason and should have a workaround

Usually, the reminder email content is slightly different from the distribution email content.

For your case, if they are the same, perhaps you should consider saving the content outside of Qualtrics (e.g. a word document). This will only require you to have only one copy and amend it once.

When you need to send distribution emails or schedule reminders, you can just copy and paste the content from the word document over to the Qualtrics email content section.

Whilst I recognise this as an option, this defeats the purpose of having a template system if we cannot use it. It also means that I need to find somewhere to store this where it is accessible to our whole team as opposed to our already existing Qualtrics groups

@Chee Heng_SZ , this is also what I do.  I have reminder templates by program saved as Word files.  I copy/paste and make any needed edits.
