🎁 Happy Holidays 2020 | Holiday Hours
On behalf of the entire XM Community team, we wanted to wish you the very best during this holiday season. We value each and every one of you, and can't wait to share the exciting things we have planned for 2021. See you in the new year! 😀
We wanted to give you a few details on the best way to get support over the next couple of weeks if anything comes up:
- The XM Community will still be available through the end of the year - you’ll all be able to log in, post, rack up points, and more!
- From December 23rd - January 1st, our XM Community team will be on holiday. We’ll pop in from time to time to check in, but responses may be delayed until we’re back on January 1st. Feel free to direct message your Admin (@LaurenK or @Emily) if you have any urgent community related issues!
- If anything urgent comes up regarding your experience with the Qualtrics product, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team. Please note that on December 24th - December 25th & December 31st - January 1st our support team will be operating at a decreased capacity, so please be patient!
- If you have an issue that requires immediate attention during those times, please submit a support request as normal and our on-call team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
