Hi Team, We’ve built two dashboards using the default directory list, which includes data for both dashboards. To separate the data between the two, we’re using an external data reference as a filter: Entries with "CV" are meant for Dashboard 1 Entries with "TR" are meant for Dashboard 2 To set this up, we used advanced filters with prefix matching. But we’re noticing that the dashboards aren’t showing the expected number of responses. Here’s what we’re seeing: For “CV,” there are about 8,000 records in the directory list, but Dashboard 1 only shows 70. For “TR,” we have around 5,000 records in the directory list, yet Dashboard 2 only displays 149. We’re wondering if there are any known limitations with prefix matching in the advanced filters that could be causing this issue. Hi everyone,I used the Scoring feature in Qualtrics to assign numerical values to multiple-choice questions. For better visual organization, I created Scoring Categories labeled “Question 1,” “Question 2,” and so on — one for each question. When I checked the View Response report for a test respondent, I notice that it displays metrics like Weighted Mean of Items and Weighted Standard Deviation of Items under each scoring category (as shown in the attached screenshot). I'd like to remove these two metrics from the View Response report so that only the relevant information (like the raw score or mean score) is displayed. Is there a way to remove or hide these fields in the report view? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi everybody, I have a question about the best way to proceed - perhaps your experience can help me. Background We would like to set up an NPS survey that we use at a touchpoint in the customer journey.The e-mail addresses come from our CRM system - which one is not relevant in this context, I think.Unique links are to be generated which are then sent back to the CRM and to the mail programme.The addresses and other socio-demographic data are to be recorded in the questionnaire (but this is not part of the question).The sample is drawn in the CRM system once a week. Questions:Now I ask myself what makes the most sense - should it be a list in which all participants are included over time and I extract a sample every week (this would then be the newly added contacts) and in addition how can I automate this?Or do I arrange for a new list to be created once a week and take the sample from this - in this case it would be 100%In both cases it gets very confusing at some point - and this ist
I am unable to figure out if this is possible. I am looking to restrict domains from my organization from receiving out client feedback surveys within the system. Sometimes when we pull data our employees emails get mixed in. We do not have this process automated yet and unfortunately because of that there is some human error. Not everyone from our company gets removed and they receive surveys they should not be completing. I wanted to see if there was a way to put up a block within the Qualtrics system to help eliminate the human error. I have looked in the surveys themselves and the distribution list/distribution list setting and cannot find anything that would work for restricting specific email domains from receiving specific surveys.

I’m using the “New survey taking experience” to make my side by side questions appear readable on mobile format, however, it has messed up the formatting for the desktop version. The text above the side by side question is not centered anymore. It is off-center for all of the questions. Any ideas of how to fix this?
Hello, I am creating a survey and I am wondering if there is a possibility to generate an edit link (anonymous link with the Q_R=${rm://Field/ResponseID}&Q_R_DEL=1 part appended) in an e-mail sent by a workflow? This is because the survey will be copied several times with slight edits in the future. It will take less time for us if this could be automated somehow when new versions are made from a copy. I have 2 contact lists, on with clients most up-to-date data and another with the client's month-over-month data. When updating an existing month, I first authenticate the client most up-to-date contact list, then once successful I authenticate the month-over-month to select the month I would like to update. The month-over-month updates as it should, however in the most up-to-date contact list a contact is added, creating a duplicate contact.
Hi all, I would like to seek help from the community. I am trying to set up a website feedback survey where our employees can log in their issues that they encounter from the website. There will be ticketing system and one of the embedded data that we would like to get is their email address. We would like to get the email address directly from the website because we do not have to get our employees to manually log their email address into the survey and we are keeping the survey questions lean. The email address is actually retrievable from the website ‘Inspect’ page under the ‘Application’ tab and the key is named as EmailID along with its Value (Email address). How do i build this into Qualtrics survey? Do i use Web Service (Under Survey Flow) or do I just add ‘Embedded Data’ into the Branch in Survey Flow? Your advice is appreciated!
I am working on a project where the faculty wants to respondents to compare their response to Q1 to the Q1 responses already submitted before proceeding to Q2. I can prototype this by adding a text/graphic question on the page following Q1, piping their Q1 response and embedding an iFrame to a tiny Report (see attached screenshot). In this example, I’m piping the Q1 values into the column width to make it more responsive. That’s tolerable for an out-of-the-box solution, but the iframe is problematic for accessibility reasons. Also, it’s clearly a bit of a Frankenstein solution, even with pink and yellow lipstick on the pig. I played around with Results, trying to embed a public widget for this question instead, but the embed “code” is limited to the ID for the given widget. I’m guessing the only real approach for displaying the results on a survey page has to do with exporting the survey data elsewhere, then creating hooks to import it back as ED fields. Am I missing something? Has any

Hi, I’ve set up several Dashboards and in all of them in e.g. the question list widget the question wordings will automatically shorted with “...” at the end. Is there a possibility to get rid of that automatism? There must be a solution because today I saw a dashboard, where even wordings in multiple lines (5 lines!) where completely displayed. Thx
Hi everyone! 😊 I’m working on a dashboard that features a Text IQ table, and I’ve included the relative importance comparing with the NPS. I can see the percentages, but I’m a bit confused about how they’re calculated. The Qualtrics support pages don’t give a clear explanation on how the relative importance is derived from Text IQ topics, and I’d love some clarity on this. Could anyone share how these values are calculated and what they really mean? Any tips on how to read them would be super helpful! Thanks!

It would be great if there was the ability to custom sort the order of the breakout displayed on the heatmap. For example, we often like to use the heatmap feature to look at how the different tenure groups compare when responding to employee engagement questions. After speaking with a Qualtrics support representative, the only option they have found is to relabel each of these groups with a letter in front of them, so they are sorted alphabetically (A - 3 to 6 months, B - 6 to 12 months, etc.). Adding a letter in front seems like a clunky workaround and would much rather be able to customize the order instead.
Hi Qualtrics Community! I am currently using Qualtrics as a stand-alone application for managing CX survey feedback and dashboards, but looking at downloading Qualtrics for Salesforce. I’d love to better understand the features and benefits of the app within Salesforce. Does anyone have real-world experience and examples of how they use the app and be willing to share? From my reading, I understand dashboards are visible within Salesforce and dashboard widgets can be added to objects, such as NPS score on the account’s page. This seems to provide some benefit for wider visibility to the organization, but what else? We’re already triggering surveys through a Salesforce outbound message, and mapping responses back to Salesforce, so I don’t anticipate changing this since it is already working. Also, we currently map some operational embedded data from Salesforce to survey responses. Looking forward to hearing from you and appreciate any help/guidance you can provide! PS - Is it easy to in
Hello! My team is hoping someone knows how to create code that can pipe randomization without replacement across multiple surveys. Below is our basic study design if that helps to explain what we need the code to do: We are distributing a daily survey to people where they will be asked about different scenarios/cues We have one list of scenarios, and another of cues (with an equal number in each list) We want to be able to ask participants about each scenario and cue, but with the scenarios and cues randomly combined together without replacement, so that each participant sees every scenario and every cue, but with cues/scenarios paired differently for each participant Since surveys are daily, we want to create separate Qualtrics surveys for each day, but aren’t sure how to maintain randomization of cues/scenarios without replacement across multiple surveys. Any help is greatly appreciated!
