Hello everyone! I have a block in my survey where I expect the participants to give me the right answer on five multiple choice questions. I want to make these questions reappear, but only if the participant gets them wrong and only the question they got wrong. Is it possible to make questions repeat themselves based on the given answer and independently of the other questions in the block? Thank you very much in advance for your help!

I want to create a filter using a piece of embedded data from survey flow that is not currently brought into the “ticketing dataset” but shows up on the ticket under the survey response/embedded data at the end. Is there 1) a way to do this without having to mess with the ticketing dataset and 2) would it work retroactively?I would prefer not to mess with the data set as we have multiple surveys mapped to this single dataset and I only need this 1 piece of embedded data from 1 survey pulled in, it does not apply to all surveys using this dataset. 

I was looking to see if anyone is currently leveraging Pendo and Qualtrics. We have both solutions but want to pull in Pendo feedback so we have all feedback data in one location. Is it worth setting up a Qualtrics survey in Pendo or just work to use Pendo survey and push that feedback into Qualtrics?Would also want to see how easy it is to set up and what if anything to watch out for.

Hello, Could you please explain us a little bit better the Scorecard Widgets explanation from  the XM Community ? “For example, for the statement “I would recommend this as a great place to work” in the example below, 74% of the respondents responded favorably. For the category “Company Pride,” on average, 62% of the respondents responded favorably for all of the statements within that category. Would it mean in your example that the average answer is positive for 62% of people ( by average I mean the average of 2 subsequent questions) ? Or sth else - the calculation takes the number of positive answers for each sub question ?Scorecard Widget (EX) - Qualtrics here is your explanation that is not clear for us.Thank you

I am trying to test a survey with a branch that only displays for certain users based on embeded data. When I send the survey preview, I don’t see that branch for that distribution group as I think I should.

In Response Quality tab, speeders are defined as more than two standard deviations faster than the median duration. How can I flag these speeders in a dashboard? What I want to do is create a gauge widget that will tell me the percentage of speeders from total completions.

Do we have a feature where Qualtrics AI can generate topics by own, right now we have to either use Qualtrics library or create our own?

I have a dataset created using data modeler. It has multiple join conditions, however, the resulting output dataset does not have the expected data. The fields used as the join conditions have the same field type, and the values do not contain spaces or other hidden characters. In the resulting dataset, it seems that no values from the right side of the join were carried over (they’re all N/A). That includes the survey response's value for distribution id (Q_EMD), which is one of the join conditions so it SHOULD have a value. I have inspected the data sources themselves, and there are rows in each for which all three of the join conditions are true.Is anyone else having this problem? Have you had this problem and then resolved it? Is there something that I may be missing?

For the signature question I would like to remove the ability to type your name (and have it generate a signature for you). The IRB I am working with requires that the person draw their signature

TLDR: I want to share specific dashboards with specific classes of user based on their staff record, all of whom will get their Qualtrics account via SSO provisioning. Thought I could do this via “user groups” but looks like no. Details:We’re launching SSO for Qualtrics. I have it set to auto assign new staff/users to different Qualtrics “user groups” based on their division within my organization. E.g., if our staff database shows them as being in Division A, they are auto-assigned to Qualtrics user group Division A. My plan had been to share the Division A dashboard with user group Division A… but it looks like dashboards (unlike surveys) can only be shared with individual users or “roles.” Any suggestions for how to solve this problem? 

Okay, so let me first explain my thesis set-up. I am researching CTA’s (call-to-action) in e-mail texts and want to find out if people can identify phishing from not-phishing by the CTA that is used. To do this I gathered 4 e-mail texts from a fraud database. These e-mail texts have been classified as phishing mails and each have different CTA. I also gathered 4 texts from my own inbox which are non-phishing mails, with a CTA. I have created a typology of four common used CTA’s in phishing and marketing. Then I manipulated the texts so every version has every CTA. This rounds up to 32 versions (8 texts x 4 CTA’s). I am going to test with a survey. I have created one with a randomizer of 4. Now I have a sticky situation. I want to make sure every respondent gets different texts and different CTA's. I want to avoid having to use multiple different surveys because I am messy and have little faith in me keeping track of everything. So how can I make sure every respondent gets 4 diferent te

Hi All, I am sure this has been done before BUT…..I would like to generate a survey that:Our students out on placement can complete by clicking a link. Once they complete the survey I would like the survey to then be sent to the placement supervisor for approval I would then like The placement supervisor to be able to read and approve the students original survey - BUT the student obviously cannot originally see the approval section (2 surveys?) We then see the data from the placement supervisors approval / failure there are MANY students (hundreds spread over 4 years of the course) and many placement sites to consider.I have had a browse and THINK the way is embedded data in the student and a second supervisor surveys??? Do you have any advice or know of simpler ways of doing this? this is currently paper based Steve

We have a form that needs to collect a user’s SSN, we don’t want to keep this info for obvious reason so we’d like to programmatically delete/mask this field after a ticket action.I haven’t found a straight forward way to do this via workflow or API...any suggestions? Thank you,Adam

I have three thumbnails that will display a full-size version of the images when clicked. What I want to do is force the respondent to see the 3 full-size versions of the images before advancing to the next question. Is this possible? They are currently set up as a Text/Graphic question type. 

Hi please add a function for disabling Qualtrics' auto suggested answer choices. Most of the surveys we plan have preplanned question and answer choices. We don’t need Qualtrics to suggest the answer choices. This feature is counter productive as we have to delete the new answer choices everytime.

Can Qualtrics identify and flag vague or ambiguous responses in open-text questions (e.g., Additional Comments)?Are there any native features (like Text iQ) or workarounds to detect low-quality or non-informative text responses automatically?

I would like to show the response rates for 4 lifecycle surveys a the dashboard, built inside the first survey project. It’s an onboarding survey structure with 4 touchpoint surveys. But the response rate widget can only handle the data from the original data source (1. touchpoint survey) where it is built. How can I show data from all the others? Invited numbers are not available outside the response rate widget… 

All the questions in my survey are mandatory and I am typically able to see in progress and completed responses separately. However, about 50% of the responses in the “data table” section appear blank, and the same ones in the “results” section say “N/A”.  This is highly confusing and concerning for me. If they are incomplete responses, they should have appeared in the ‘in progress’ section. How could so many blank or incomplete responses have been recorded? If that’s not the case, where has the data gone?  Also, I would like to add that I am on a free account. Is this a problem that people on free accounts are facing specifically?
