Hi,Wondering if anyone has conducted any social impact surveys with Qualtrics? I couldn’t find anything when searching the community and am keen to read any best=practise, examples etc.We do a lot of advocacy work with the disability community and are keen to put some metrics around the community benefits/improvements through a social impact study. Hey Community, We have a new issue being looked into by Qualtrics Engineering but curious to see if anyone else has experienced this recently; whereby our dashboard users have lost access to their available dashboards and are being removed from all their respective user roles upon log-in (issue started 5days ago) unless it is one that has automatic role assignment set up for them.So far it appears to be an issue where we have single sign-on and automatic user role assignment set up, where this has removed any users which we have manually placed into a user role or shared dashboard pages with directly. Both used to work independently without issues.We have not made any adjustment to these recently; so it seems like something has changed on Qualtrics side to create this issue.Our org has thousands of users, so knowing when and who we manually shared pages with gets hard to track, so suspect when fixed we will still have a gap in user access and knowing what we need to go back and map in
Hello, I am designing two survey designs for my experiment and users can fill the survey more than once. i want each user to be assigned to a survey design randomly. and I want them to be assigned to the same survey design(control or treatment) from then. How can i go about doing that. I appreciate any guidance.
Good Afternoon, We are trying to take a question like : Select which sports you have played: basketball Soccer Swimmingand then Send those answers to a block of questions FOR EACH answer. Right now, I can only seem to get all selected answers for the block. Hoping I do not have to create a new block and for each possible answer and then branch out from there.. Help?! I am a total noob to Qualtrics so please excuse my ignorance.
Hi, everyone -My survey has a Text Entry question type (with multiple lines enabled). I’m piping this information into an email trigger / workflow; however, line breaks are being removed when the response is sent. For example, if someone enters this into the Text Entry box:OneTwoTreeFour It gets turned into a single line when the result is emailed, so “One Two Three Four.” How do I preserve the line breaks when I’m piping that information?

Hello,I am trying to do a cell-based weighting distribution based on respondent’s state location state. I imported the state location and programmed it into the survey as embedded data. I’m able to populate this embedded data everywhere except the weighting tab in Qualtrics for some reason. I tried playing around with the variable setting and converting the data type of this variable into numbers, categories, recoded the values to run numeric calculations, and none have worked. Please advise! Thanks in advance!
Hi XM community folks, in EX 360 surveys, I wanted to have your views on one of the use case - As we all know, that 360 assessments can be taken any number of times by the evaluators as long as the survey is open. This is the intended Qualtrics functionality for 360 product so that evaluators can make edits in assessments in case they want to. While I understand this is a very good functionality so that one can make amends to the evaluations when surveys are live, one of my client raised a concern stating that what if my subject scolds me the next day and then I go into the assessment and edit the assessment taking into consideration that he shouted at me. So as an evaluator for that subject, now I take it personally and I edit my response preferably changing my survey positive responses to negative for that particular subject. So shouldn’t in this case, we should have a feature in 360 where we have a choice to allow respondents to amend their already submitted responses or to not allo

E os widgets "Top Topic Change" e "Top Sentiment Change" se referem ao mês anterior e ao mês atual. Não há como selecionar períodos específicos para análise.Sugerimos que seja incluso o filtro de data, assim como há o filtro de data no dashboard padrão, para que seja possível analisar de forma mais clara, realista e assertiva, os comentários, os sentimentos e as mudanças dos tópicos. Com esta inclusão podemos criar melhorias e análises internas mais assertivas.
I sent a survey out recently to a large amount of people. On the email distribution tab it shows the number of surveys started, finished, etc. It also shows the number of complaints. What do the complaints mean and is there a way for me to find out what the user(s) are complaining about? Thanks
"During the process of importing data from another tool into Qualtrics, I encountered some compatibility issues with certain question types. Specifically, when I imported the data into the survey that I had already framed in Qualtrics and used a CSV file as scripted, I noticed that it's not supported for multi-select and grid-type questions.Is there a workaround or any recommended steps to handle this issue so that we can effectively import and utilize the data in these types of questions within Qualtrics?"

We have a need to embed a PDF information letter in the body of the email for our survey. I am using the code below but the PDF will not display. If I insert the code in the survey shows as expected. Does anyone know how I can embed the PDF in the body of the email. I thought of exporting the PDF to a JPG but I have hyperlinks in the document. Hello,Is possible to add Metadata to an user in the CX Dashboards with multiple values?We tried using the connector :: between values as this support page indicates but it didnt work.What we need is to add a Metadata to an user named “Service” with 3 different values to automatically apply a filter with those 3 values when the user enters the dashboard.Thanks,
Hello,I would like to find out the location of my survey respondents using their IP addresses. However, the survey already ran on Qualtrics. I tracked the IP addresses but did not enter specific fields for their location. Is it possible after the data collection for Qualtrics to convert the information from the IP addresses into the location?Thank you very much in advance.
