Join Our Upcoming Community Connect Event: Following up on Feedback What is a Community Connect event?Community Connect events are 45 minute-long, virtual meetups designed for Qualtrics users to collaborate, share ideas, and discuss challenges and solutions. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to join breakout rooms to connect with their peers and share their insights. In other words, this is a collaborative event with the purpose of helping one another and building a network of peer support. Topics will rotate throughout the year. In our Q3 events, we will be discussing following up on feedback. Reviewing the discussion questions prior to the event is strongly recommended. What can I expect from joining this event?You can expect a few minutes of introduction, followed by open-forum breakout rooms where you and other XM professionals will have the opportunity to discuss following up on feedback. As of August 2nd 2023, XM Basecamp now provides a fully localized experience including customized landing pages and learning paths, that will make it easier to find content in your language. Thank you for using XM Basecamp and for your continued commitment to Qualtrics! What you should knowIf you begin a course in English and then switch to another language, your course progress will not transfer over. This does not apply to Discover courses as those have not been localized. Certification purchases will transfer over. Certificates and exam results emails will still be communicated in English, regardless of the language you take the exam in. We have some exciting news about new capabilities -- Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) is now available! Adding DXA could be beneficial to your current CX program, helping you discover additional insights through session replay and digital behavioral racking (rage click, mouse thrash, error click, dead click) capabilities. Layering in this behavioral data can add substantial color to your sentiment or feedback insights and help you focus on the right areas to improve revenue and conversion, reduce cost, and decrease time to value from your digital investments.We would love to hear from you.
