Community Connect: Deploying your Contact Management & Communication Strategy | March 2024

Join us for Community Connect, our 45-minute virtual meetups designed for Qualtrics users to collaborate, share ideas, and discuss challenges and solutions. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with their peers and share their insights with the purpose of helping one another and building a network of peer support. Topics will rotate throughout the year. Reviewing the discussion questions prior to the event is strongly recommended.

The agenda will run as follows:
- Welcome & announcements (5 minutes)
- Introduction to discussion topic (5 minutes)
- Group discussion (30 minutes)
- Your resources and closing (5 minutes)
During the group discussion, a Qualtrics employee will moderate a conversation about the following questions:
- Where do you source contact information for prospective respondents?
- How do you ensure your contact data set is high quality, up to date, and healthy?
- How does your contact management and communication strategy differ based on factors such as customer persona, segment, communication channel, etc?
- What automations, processes, or tools do you rely on for effective contact management and communication?
- How do you ensure compliance to contact frequency rules and communication preferences across your organization?
- How do data privacy laws such as GDPR impact your approach to contact management?

A few last things to know:
- The event will NOT be recorded, but resources will be available in the XM Community following the event.
- Each quarter, three sessions will be held in English and one will be held in Spanish. Zoom’s closed captioning feature will also be enabled to support captions translated to over 20 additional languages.
