The XM Success team is excited to announce the all-new Email Preferences page in your Customer Success Hub! This update makes it easier than ever to receive learning recommendations, event invites, the latest news, and more, all curated just for you! And the best part? This update gives most Qualtrics users the ability to receive XM Success communications, not just Brand Administrators!

You can expect to hear from the XM Success team around a few times a month. If you ever change your mind, you can adjust your communication preferences any time.

Be sure to opt-in to each category to get the latest help and resources from our XM Success team:

  • Personalized learning: Curated resources, tools, and recommendations to help you excel with Qualtrics. We’ll share helpful tips and information customized to your license and skill level.
  • News & updates: Product updates, announcements, customer stories, newsletters, and more. This includes product innovation announcements as well as the quarterly XM Insider.
  • Customer events: Invitations to expert-led events covering product training, customer stories, and best practices. Don’t miss events such as Learn Qualtrics Live and Community Connect!
