Hi Everyone!
On behalf of the Qualtrics Community Team, we wanted to wish all of you a very happy holidays and express our gratitude for your ongoing contributions in the community. We’ve been impressed by the conversations you’ve had thus far and we’re excited for what the new year brings. In the coming year, we’re looking forward to our happy hour & networking event at X4, community awards, Q&As with leaders here at Qualtrics, and more! You’ll want to keep an eye out for all the happenings in 2019!
We wanted to give you a few details on the best way to get support over the next couple weeks if anything comes up:
* The Community will still be available throughout the entire week - you’ll all be able to log in, post, rack up points, participate in the X4 pass giveaway competitions, and continue providing valuable insights and answers!
* From December 22nd - January 1st, our team will be on holiday. We’ll pop in from time to time to check in, but responses may be delayed until we’re back on January 2nd. Feel free to direct message us if you have any community issues!
* If anything urgent comes up, feel free to give our Support Team a call. Below are our holiday phone support hours:
Christmas Eve (12/24), 5pm MT - Christmas Day (12/25), 4pm MT
New Year’s Eve (12/31), 5pm MT - New Year’s Day (1/1), 4pm MT
** Any Other Day: 24/7 Support
