On behalf of the Qualtrics XM Community team, we wanted to wish you all the very best during this holiday season! We want to thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication to our community. We know that it’s not always easy, but you have put in time and effort to our community and it truly shows!
We wanted to give you a few details on the best way to get support over the next couple of days if anything comes up:
* Qualtrics XM Community will still be available throughout the entire week - you’ll all be able to log in, post questions, rack up points, and continue providing valuable insights and answers!
* From December 24th - January 1st, our team will be on holiday. We’ll pop in from time to time to check in, but responses may be delayed until we’re back on January 2nd. Feel free to direct message us if you have any Community related issues!
* If anything urgent comes up, feel free to give our support team a call. Below are our holiday phone support hours:
Christmas Day (12/25) & New Year’s Day (1/1): None
Any Other Day: 24/7 Support
