- As usual, the XM Community will be available through 2021 - so keep earning rewards, helping others, and getting the help you need!From December 23rd - January 3rd, our XM Community team will be celebrating the holidays. We’ll check in from time to time, but responses may be delayed until we’re officially back on January 3rd. Feel free to direct message your Admin (@LaurenK or AmaraW ) if you have any urgent, community-related issues!
- Having trouble with a Qualtrics Product? Don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support Team. Please note, from December 24th at 4:00 PM MT - December 27th at 11:59 PM MT, and from December 31st at 4:00 PM MT - January 1st at 11:59 PM MT, our support team will be operating at a decreased capacity, in order to allow our Product Specialists the ability to spend time with family this holiday season. Please know there may be a delay in your service request. If you have an issue that requires immediate attention, please submit a phone support request and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
