XM Community Holiday Hours
- From December 21st - January 3rd, our XM Community team will be celebrating the holidays. We’ll check in from time to time, but responses may be delayed until we’re officially back on January 3rd.
- Feel free to direct message your Admins (Michael_Cooksey, AmaraW, or JoseS ) if you have any urgent, community-related issues.
- From 12:01 AM MST on December 21st - 5:00 PM MST on January 2nd our team will be operating at a decreased support capacity, in order to allow our Product Specialists the ability to spend time with family this holiday season. Please know there may be a delay in your service request.
- If you have an issue that requires immediate attention, please submit a phone support request and our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
