We want to wish you a wonderful holiday season and update you on our hours this December! Below are details on the best way to get support over the next couple of weeks.
Qualtrics Support Holiday Hours:
Qualtrics support will be available 24/7 with a few exceptions. From December 18th - January 1st, authenticated chat support will be unavailable. However, phone and email support will still be available. Please note, support may have limited staffing due to the holidays, especially December 25th and January 1st.
XM Community Holiday Hours:
From December 21st - January 3rd, our XM Community team will be celebrating the holidays. We’ll check in from time to time, but responses may be delayed until we’re officially back on January 3rd.
Urgent Community Issues: Feel free to direct message your Admins (Michael_Cooksey, AmaraW, or JoseS ) if you have any urgent, community-related issues.
