Hi,Not sure what you're hoping to achieve but in our organization we conduct a series of surveys to fully understand the employee experience. Many of the questions are in place to gauge employee engagement. We conduct a quarterly survey literally called Red Hat Associate Survey but since this is a lagging indication of employee engagement we also conduct pulse (periodic/ad hoc) surveys on a variety of topics. One recently was specific to working virtually and understanding if employees feel more/less engaged. So depending on what you're looking for I think a periodic pulse check of employees would provide some of the data you'd like to see. One last thing we're doing from an analytics perspective is trying to correlate customer experience and employee experience through data. Meaning are happy employees positively impacting the customer experience and vice versa. Engagement plays a huge part in that.
