Know how many leaders have met the anonymity treshold 

Hello,I have a project in EX where we have built a parent-child type hierarchy. Currently, I want to find an easy way to know how many and which leaders have met the anonymity threshold required to view responses from their units.What options do I have?Thank you!

Manual Permissions to dashboards in EE and Lifecycle Projects

In EE and Lifecycle projects, within the participants section, there is an option to manually grant a specific person access to a results dashboard without assigning them to a role. I believe roles are essential for tracking who has access to the dashboard.My question is: if permissions are granted manually, is there any way to identify or record them? This information doesn’t seem to appear when exporting the participant list.

Intercept not being display

Hi I have an intercept on an employee internal page but it is not loading, any idea of why this may be happening? TS Steps Taken So Far:Verified the code to ensure it was correct and complete. Removed all logic to rule out any potential causes of the error. Activated and deactivated the intercepts. Tested with the bookmark (it works with the bookmark). Checked for security restrictions. The team confirmed there are no security restrictions, and no security-related errors appeared in the console during testing.Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.Thanks!

Reduce Widget font size

Hi community,I currently have a heat map widget with some values for the demographic breakdown that have a name that is too long, so it doesn't display fully. As a possible solution, I thought about reducing the font size of the widget to try to make the values display completely. Is it possible to reduce the font size? I can't seem to find an option to modify the size of the titles or content of the widgets in the themes section.Thank you!

Duplicate pages in EX Report template

Hi All,I would like to know if there is a way or option to duplicate pages in the Ex offline report template. I haven't found a direct option for this. However, if anyone has any ideas on how I can easily duplicate the pages, please let me know.

How to display text entry responses on dashboard?

How can I easily display the “Other - fill in the blank” text entry option from a multiple choice question on a dashboard? This is for an Employee Engagement survey type. When I go to dashboard data options to map this question, my only options are shown in the attached screenshots.

Benchmark as a EX Dashboard page filter

Hello community,Is there any possibility to use comparison cuts as a page filter in EX Dashboard?The result should be able to show all widget results compared to the selected benchmark. This would simplify the procedure of manually adding comparisons to each individual widget.  Thank you for your consideration

Field Groups for EX Dashboards

I'm trying to make a widget for a matrix table question but I can only find instructions on the link below. Unfortunately, Field Groups are not available when I go to my dashboard data. How do you recommend to manage the EX platform in a multinational / big company?

Hi, I work at a multinational company, with many Business Units. I would like to know the experience of other users in this topic. How do you manage the access to the platform and particularly the Employee Directory?Our employee voice strategy includes that some of the Surveys are directly managed by a local business unit. They should use the data of employees that are in the directory, but they should not access data of other Business Units' employees. Also, they should not modify data by mistake. Is there anyone with experience on this respect? If not, How would you do it?

Participation rate widgets in a EX Dashboard

Why might a participation rate widget and a participation rate table get damaged when adding filters to the dashboard? It should be noted that the applied filter originally had 9 values and was recoded to 2 values. That is where the issue occurs.

EX Dashboard Translations file Upload

Hi All,I encountered an issue while uploading the EX Dashboard Translations file, specifically the Label file, into Qx. I believe this problem is related to the file type.For example, when I tried uploading the file in .tsv format, it resulted in an error. However, when I changed the file type to .csv (UTF-8), the upload was successful.I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced a similar issue and how they resolved it.

Dashboard export to PPTX format / Manager Report Tips

Hi All,I am wondering if you can share any tips / best practice in relation to exporting the Employee Engagement dashboards to pptx format. In my organization there is a big appetite for such functionality, as we had the pptx reports with the previous vendor, and I am exploring what could be done to satisfy this. I can see that exporting dashboards to pptx leads to pretty poor layout and doesn’t really meet the needs. I tried setting up Manager Reports functionality, but it seems it allows only for the very simple widgets, such as Scorecard, but doesn't work with most of the widgets I have on the actual dashboard.The export of dashboard to PDF is what I am aiming at, more or less - but I would need it to be in PPTX and without the page breaks.Do you have any experience / workarounds that you use in your business?

Hide hierarchy Units and demographic values

Hello everyone!Is there any way to hide demographic data or organizational hierarchy units in the response rate table widget?I need to display only some of the values for a demographic field within this widget, and there is also a unit from the hierarchy that I do not need to show within the dashboard.Is there any way to achieve this?

Employee Engagement Surveys as anonymous surveys- Best Practice

Hi Experts,One of our customer has recently tested engagement surveys where we used confidential survey links instead of anonymous surveys and they are concerned with the fact that with confidential surveys responses can be easily identified by managers especially if they have very small teams in dashboards, also the data and analysis tab will show the complete response data by employee name , id etc. Can you folks help us in understanding what is the usual practice that you follow while distributing employee engagement or pulse surveys, do you prefer to keep it anonymous or confidential and how do you ensure that your dashboards are sensitive enough to not allow managers or admins identify employees by their responses?Please advise the best practice and best available solutions.Kind Regards, Manjista

Restricting EX Dashboard Export Options

I am looking to restrict users from exporting employee comments from my EX Engagement dashboard. The dashboard currently has all comments on a separate page within the dashboard, which includes a Response Ticker widget with verbatims. I need to restrict dashboard users from being able to export just this page or just the Response Ticker widget so that verbatims are not exported with the rest of the dashboard results. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I want to create a user who can only create a add hoc EX project and copy questions from the library and create micro pulses.i want the following restrictions Have access to create only ad hoc Ex projects. ( i have figured how to do this) User to only access the questions/blocks shared from the Group libraries and restrict the Qualtrics XM certified Question library Have access only to the survey builder and data and analytics section (no dashboards)how can i achieve this? is it possible

Action Planning & Dashboard

Hi Everyone.  I’m hoping someone has faced a similar issue, and can help me rectify.  I have been working on an Employee Survey, with a dashboard page showing the action plan summary, which is split down per department.  I’m having as issue because not all of the actions plans seem to be tracking to the dashboard correctly. For example, one of our departments has 10 action plans created, but the dashboard is only showing 4.  I’ve checked the permissions and the metrics for the dashboard and individual who has loaded the action plans onto the system. I did see that some of their action plans are in progress, but at 0%, but this hasn’t been a factor in the past, when counting for the overall actions plans.  Does anyone know how I can fix this issue, without having to do an action plan export and count on Excel?

Access Denied Error When Sharing Dashboard Despite Assigned Roles - Need Help

When I try to share a dashboard with multiple collaborators on our platform, I'm encountering an "Access Denied" error. The specific error message reads "You don't have permission to access 'http:/exbci.col.qualtrics.com/app/manager assist' on this server". The reference for this error is #18.c7fadead. 1732634579.55330980. Additionally, there's a link provided that directs to an error page: https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.c7fadead. 1732634579.55330980.Though the collaborators have been assigned roles that should grant them access, they are still facing this issue. Not certain whether it's a permission restriction on their roles or a server-side setting that's preventing access.
