How can I compare my 2025 and 2026 survey results in the same dashboard?I’m currently preparing my 2026 dashboard and would like to include a comparison with the survey conducted in 2025. In the Comparison widget, when I check the Source field, the only options available are “All” and my 2026 survey. How can I make the 2025 survey available as a source so that I can compare the two surveys?

I would like to display the NPS score by provider in my Qualtrics dashboard. Could you please advise how to configure the widget so that the results are broken down by provider?Thank you!

We currently have a team where we have a vacant position (let’s call it Vacant Superintendent). Typically the org hierarchy would have 3 Superintendents reporting to the Manager, while the position is vacant we’re running our annual Culture/Engagement Survey so all the people who would typically report through to Vacant Superintendent are reporting directly to the Manager. As these teams are too small, they won’t meet our anonymity threshold to view their results when dashboards become available. Is there a way to create a “Vacant Superintendent” role in this structure, so the Manager can view the results of our survey for this team? If so, how?

Hi all, We are building a dashboard based on one of our employee lifecycle surveys and would like to display the participation rate. I've added the Participation Summary widget to the dashboard; however, it appears to be calculating the participation rate as the number of responses received during the selected period divided by the total number of participants across all time, rather than the number of participants invited during the selected period. See the examples below: Filtered:Not filtered (all time): Is it possible to configure the widget to show the number of responses received divided by the number of participants invited within the selected period? Thanks in advance,Lachlan

I have added delegates in my EE project and I want to assign them parent level, how can we do this with delegates?

We’re reviewing our 2026 engagement survey results and saw an approximately six-point year-over-year decline. Our CEO and leadership team are committed to responding thoughtfully, and we’re looking for examples or guidance from organizations that have experienced a similar decline and successfully improved their engagement scores within the following year.Do you have any Qualtrics customer examples, case studies or best practices you could share? We’d be especially interested in understanding:What actions had the greatest impact on improving engagement? What did leadership do differently following the decline? How did they maintain momentum and measure progress throughout the year? Looking back, what did they wish they had done sooner or differently? Are there examples of organizations that saw a meaningful year-over-year turnaround, and what contributed to that improvement? We’re are interested in simply benchmarking ourselves against a high-performing organization and interested in un

Hi Community,How can we show eNPS scores for both direct and indirect reports for each manager in a single widget, with a list of all managers? What is the best way to achieve this in Qualtrics Employee Experience dashboards? Thanks!

Good afternoon community! I have been approved to move forward with sending out my survey. Just curious…This is a NON- anonymous survey to 60 managers. I am choosing the “generate a trackable link for each contact” I thought I would be able to send from my work email but it looks like Qualtrics wants me to send from theirs and then each of the 60 managers will get a different link that I could run a report on after, is this the correct process? I don’t want to do this wrong, thanks so much!

There's a question in the XM Qualtrics Certified library: "At this company, people are held accountable for their performance." I'm trying to trace where this question originated and determine which driver it's mapped to within the Qualtrics framework.Does anyone know whether it's tied to a specific EX driver, or have access to documentation that shows its driver classification? It says it’s a certified question, but I can’t find the attached driver associated with the questions. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning! My manager has taken the training and would like to search around in the tool but he keeps getting the error response below. Does anyone know who he can contact to see why this is happening only to him? Thank you!

Hi Community! This one is a doozy (for me)….I have 4 Questions that I need all on 1 page, no page breaks. But Question 1 has an “N/A” as the final multiple choice answer. If someone answers with “N/A” I need the survey to jump to Question 5, not making the person respond to the others on that page.I’ve tried “skip logic” & “display logic”...but they’re not working and keeping Questions 1-4 still on the same page…..help me please!

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to submit my 2 surveys for review and don’t see where to send them to, can someone please assist?

In my EX engagement dashboard : how to show not applicable scale in bar in scorecard or question list as it is excluded from analysis and dashboard only show fav, neutral and unfav.

Hi all! I have 2 surveys still in draft and was attempting to test with coworkers. However, coworkers are having issues accessing the “preview” that I am attempting to share. Below is the error response once they try to login. I am not an admin but I created both surveys.

Hi,Anyone had the same issue? I have a Quarter based engagement survey with 10 historical surveys, all of them with same structure based on EX25.So the project was copied, the last source was added and mapped to the dashboard. All sources was updated from the project, participants with current metadata. In Dashboard settings all sources options is selected. Hierarchy was matched with previos ones. On teh dashboard overview I see a huge amount of responses but when i go to dashboard pages, without any filter I only see the current responses. In settings-comparisions, Include page filters and user permissions is not selected. Any hint what else should be double cheked to  visualize historical data? Thanks.Reka

Hello, I have a multiple question but it has 2 parts, if the employee selects “N/A” is there a way to just grey out the 2nd part? I don’t wan’t to remove or proceed to next question, just want part 2 to be greyed out if N/A is chosen. Thanks

Good morning! So if I want to collect data from employees on a survey, such as work location city & state. Does this mean I need to fill out the GPO/1PA form? I need the survey to be completely anonymous.

HI team,  For now I know that with Action Planning in EX projects, we can give access to edit or to use action plans to users. But the question from our project managers is if we could keep lets say for an older survey just view access to Action PLans , where managers can just check what action they had in the past, but not create new ones in that Org Hierarchy / project by mistake and in the newwer one they could create and follow up with the new Action Plans? Is that possible?  thank you Livia B

I’m sending out a survey in different languages, but we don’t know the preferred language of participants.  We’re therefore including all translations of the invite message in the one email, listed one after the other down the body of the email.  I’m trying to code in language links at the top of the email so the participant clicks on their language link and it takes them down to their chosen translation.  I’ve been trying to use the html coding as follows but it’s not working in the email received when testing. Anchor coding:  <a id=”German”> Dear name</a>Link coding: <a href=”#German”>Deutsche</a> Any ideas how to code this so it works in the email received? Thanks

I received this and set up m account. Is this site monitored and operated by Auburn University or an outside organization ?

Has anyone managed to delete/update contacts in the EX Directory based on certain conditions? My requirement is to update a metadata field of a contact if his TerminationDate is 6 months before today’s date but any similar logic would help. The process has to be automated, it wont be a one-time thing.

hi all! I have a draft survey that has not been published yet. My manager cannot access the “preview” link that I have shared with him. I am not sure why, I tested with a coworker that has no use of Qualtrics and they were able to access the preview. Not sure what to advise the manager to do.

hello all! I have a non published survey that I am still building on but cannot figure out how to create an introduction on the landing page when employees go to Qualtrics to complete. I checked in the tutorials and could not find there either. Please help😣

Hello community! Does anyone know if you can have a drop down option from a multiple answer? If an employee answers they fall under “BDS” organization but there are different divisions under BDS, can those divisions be a drop down under BDS?Example:Question 1: What division are you in?BDS BCA BGS
