Employee Engagement

Is anyone mapping historical data sources in Engagement projects using the team mapping as opposed to mapping trends by manager? If you are, I would love to hear any learnings from using that approach and if you found a way you could validate the trend accuracy? We’ve had a lot of movement within our organization lately, so I am determining if this feature is the right approach for more accurate trending for our upcoming engagement survey.

We are interested in understanding if and how organizations are incentivizing employees for engagement and/or survey participation. 

Hi *,setting:Survey with test responses. Try to update for the existing responses one exisiting open comment question with values. The import only with uniqueID and open questions was mapped and accepted by the system but at the end I get the message 0 of xxx are updated.I used the export of the data and shorten it to the two cols.Any ideas? Need more info?Thx 

How can I remove the system message “You’ll advance to the next page after you complete each page”? Upon my search, previous threads say to change from using the “simple” layout, (which we’re not anyway) however using the new survey taking experience, changing the layout is not available.   

Help! We’ve recently updated to the ‘New Survey Taking Experience’, which has automatically changed the “next” button to say “next page”. I’ve updated the next button in the look and feel, as well as each survey page settings, and in all previews it appears the way we want it to (just a > ), however in the live survey it appears with “Next page” text. Am I missing something?

Hi,we have a configured EX dashboard with several questions from the survey.When we now adding questions to the survey they do not show up in the dashboard (data).I know that I can add the new questions question by question in the data source tab.But is there maybe a more “elegant” way to update the dashboard data by refreshing it completely without messing up the whole dashboard??Thx

I thought when I copied another survey engagement project, the dashboard would also copy. Is there another way to copy a dashboard from one survey project to another in EX?

I am reaching out to inquire if any of you have encountered a situation where, during the distribution of surveys via SMS, the sent history and consumed credits reflect successful transmission, but the message never reaches its intended recipient?I would greatly appreciate your insights and any suggestions on how to address this issue. Hello Exper Community Members! I am having an issue with one manager profile and subsequently SOME of his direct reports under him. I have resolved similar issue for manager in another country but just cannot get this one to work. I have tried re-importing by csv file and manually at Global Directory and Project level and just cannot get him to show up in hierarchy. I am wondering if the issue is memory / cache? Thank you for any insights. 

Hi team,  We added a translation of labels in our EX Engagement Dashboard, and it only took partially the name of sources in the translation. Even if we see in the file all translated fields, they dont reflect in the dashboard.We tried uploading the file more times, but it doesnt refresh the data. Is there some advice for this?  Thank you Livia B

Hi there, does any know if it is possible to do a query in TextiQ that looks for comments where the word “No” is the only comment people have made.  The client would like to add these to a “No comment” topic.  Many people just just written “no”.Thanks!

Hi,I’m using the Heat Map Widget on my EX Pulse Dashboard.We have meanwhile several waves of feedback.The ‘breakout’ columns of the Heat Map Widget respect the page filter (e.g. data source = May wave). The first column (comparison column) does not respect the page filter. This leads to the situation, that the results across ALL WAVES are displayed in the first column.The explanation text in the widget configuration window states that this is “intended behaviour” (=all data sources will be used).My question:Is there any way to filter the Heat Map Widget by the data source?I only want the data from the May wave to be used in this widget.  Using the widget filter didn’t work either …Thanks!Manfred

Hi everyone!I’m working on an EX engagement survey that includes a large number of open-ended questions — 33 in total — and I’m looking for the best way to analyze and display this data in a Qualtrics dashboard.Previously, we had a simple setup with: A response ticker A word cloud An emotion distribution in a pizza widget This worked fine when we had only a few open text questions. But now, with so many, we've hit the widget limit in Qualtrics, and it's no longer practical to create separate visualizations for each question. Hello!I have been using Qualtrics for many EX projects during the past years, and have always been involved with allocating dashboard permissions to users. This is the first time I experience the problem below:When I try to restrict the dashboard data for a user based on a filter (based on the company name, which is mapped as multi-answer in the dashboard), I can't find the company that I am searching for. I am sure that there are over 100 responses from that company (I can see them both in the dashboard and in stats IQ). And yes, I updated both the metadata and the invited counts recently. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a solution?Thank you! 

Hi community,I have a specific question regarding the use of TextiQ in an Engagement project.Currently, this project does not have its own responses, but it is connected to 4 different data sources, each with its own TextiQ configured.My goal is to display, in this consolidated dashboard, the TextiQ bubble widget and the comment summaries widget, showing the consolidated comments from all 4 sources.According to the support documentation, there should be no limitations for this type of setup, but in my case, it’s not working as expected. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should take into account to get these widgets to work properly in this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance you can share.

I am looking for best pracises and code to show context of question. For example Question text is : How would you rate your engagement level? Context “Engagement is broad term and depend on various factors happines……………………...” I want to show context as tool tip and should work well on all devices. Can you share how it can be done?

Hi everyone,Is there a way to add data sources or existing comparisons as a breakdown in a heatmap, so they are displayed directly in comparison to the overall total?My goal is not to view each data source as a separate comparison, but rather to show the general result with a breakdown by each data source.For example: display the overall total with a breakdown by Data Source, and see that values as columns: "Data Source 1", "Data Source 2", and "Data Source 3".Is it possible to configure it this way?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I’ve set up several Dashboards and in all of them in e.g. the question list widget the question wordings will automatically shorted with “...” at the end. Is there a possibility to get rid of that automatism? There must be a solution because today I saw a dashboard, where even wordings in multiple lines (5 lines!) where completely displayed.Thx

Does someone have used workflows to fetch data in Qualtrics from Workday for the distribution? How have you setup this integration?
