So I ended up creating a ticketing process with an approval/deny process in which when a survey is received there would be a retake link (using the Response IDs, which requires rebuilding the retake link) and then embedded the links into the emails when the reports are submitted and approved. Providers will be able to update their precious survey submissions with the data submitted from the prior month and the current reporting month without having to re-enter all that information all over again. Hope this makes sense!
