LaurenK - can you please contract me directly for help here? I did not previously have a paid account, as I was hoping to confirm that ownership could be changed before opting in and providing payment details. I was informed by my sales rep. that once I provided payment details that I would be able to change the username associated with the account. I have now provided that information, but still seem unable to file a support ticket or contact a brand admin (the Support Portal link provided above sends me to an error404 page). Can you advise me how to go about changing the username/email associated with the account?Thanks!
