ID Numbers and Question Values

Good day,I have two questions about matching unique identifier numbers with the values they represent.First, I am wondering how I would use the ID numbers to display the values associated with the ID?  Right now, I am using the drill down question format but this seem a long way to get to the end result I am looking for.Second, if there is a way to display the ID values, is there also a method of allowing the user to selectively make changes to the display information?What I am trying to do is use a look up value which then provides the associated values to questions with the end result including a question that asks what needs to be changed on what has been selected.Any suggestions would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

Repeating Survey Questions

Good day,I am trying to create a survey which collects information from the user then, before submitting, asks the user if they have additional submissions for the same questions.  It would be preferable, but not necessary, if this additional data created a new record.  Basically, before submitting, I would like to ask the user if they have additional submissions and, if yes, be able to start the survey over again from the beginning.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Providing either "Correct" "Incorrect" feedback for 500 multiple choice questions.

Hello,I'm attempting to provide feedback—either "Incorrect" or "Correct"—for a 500 multiple-choice arithmetic questions. For example, a question might be "3+5=10" with options 1)  True or  2) False (I will NOT be using true/false questionnaire type) I've tried using display logic, but it's quite labor-intensive and time-consuming. Is there a simpler way to achieve this? I'm relatively new to Qualtrics, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Has Qualtrics customer support really gone downhill?

I’ve been using Qualtrics since 2012 (!) and really love the platform. The past few years, I have had SO much turnover with my account execs for my company (and for the companies whose Qualtrics’ licenses I manage) and have been really disappointed with the complete lack of customer service. Which is ironic, for a company so focused on customer experience.I just got a notice for renewal for a company and can’t get in touch with my account exec (gosh, this again!) and nobody has gotten back to me about my questions -- is this the new normal? Has anyone else been experiencing issues like this. Hesitant to renew / recommend others renew if it is radio silence when you reach out / there is no clear point of contact for support. These are fairly large contracts… very surprised at the carelessness here and wondering if others are having similar experiences.

How do I delete my account?

I need help deleting my account. I have tried deactivating it through my account settings however it keeps showing an error message saying that I need to contact Qualtrics Customer Support. I have tried logging into the Support Center but it’s not giving me any option to contact Support directly. Does anyone know a phone number or email I can use to contact them? I live in the UK so the number has to be +44.Any form of help would be highly appreciated!Thankyou!

Scoring

Hello, I am currently conducting a survey experiment using a 7-point Likert scale. after completing the survey (results were recorded) I’ve encountered an issue where the data is displaying incorrect values, such as 8 and 11.after asking chatGPT I found out that there’s a scoring option on the survey settings, it does solve the problem (if i delete all recorded responses.. but that’s what i’m trying to avoid..)in other words : is there a retroactive solution that do not involve republishing my survey ?Thank you in advance !

Drag and Drop functions - 3 columns with images

Hi, I am trying to set up a question that has the visual output displayed in the image.Action requested for the task of this question: select images from the right and left column and drag and drop the selected images to an empty box of the central column. Adding a drop down to text/graphic question

I am curious if it’s possible to add an ‘extend text’ option for the text/graphic questions. These questions are not ones that respondents would answer; but informational text boxes. Some text is lengthy, and we want to preserve screen space. Is this feature possible?

End of free trial

Hello!I needed to create a complex survey, so I created a 30-day updated account for free. I need the respondents to fill out the second part as well, where the basic account will not work for me either. However, the 30-day period ends in a few days and I don't have enough answers yet. Will I still be able to obtain and send out a link to the second part of the survey even after the trial period ends, or will it no longer be possible?

Does Qualtrics have the worst product support in the tech industry?

Hey All, Is anyone else dealing with this horrendous product support from Qualtrics?  I’ve tried working with their Product Support team for 3 weeks now to solve a bug I’m experiencing with their piped text weighted scoring feature when sending an automated email to survey respondents via “workflows”.  When trying to provide survey respondents with scores from their survey, I’m getting two responses, neither of which are usable:(Invalid Expression}, 2) 4.234323423495885585885 I’ve spoken to 5 to 6 product specialists over the last 3 weeks to figure out how we can reduce the number two decimal points (i.e. 4.23) and solve for the first issue.Previous suggestion:For example, you would first have an embedded data field called TeamScore and would set it equal to ${gr://SC_ebyJ379SvKjGQUm/WeightedMean}And then you would create another embedded data field called TeamScoreRounded and set it equal to $e{ round(  ${e://Field/TestTeam} , 2 ) }Once you have this completed, you will want to pipe i

Choose 1 block in survey

Hi!I have a problem with the randomizer. I have created 4 blocks of questions in 1 survey and I want only 1 of these 4 to be displayed when completed, and after filling out the survey would be closed and not continue to the next 3. So that users answer only 1 of them. How to do it?

Employee XM guy here: Will CustomerXM certification paths teach me anything I could apply to my current field?

I manage our employee enagagement and lifecycle surveys at our organization. I have a  success package that allows me to take the CustomerXM program for free. I already have Platform Essentials, XM fundamentals and EmployeeXM Expert certifications. Is there anything in CustomerXM Expert that I could apply to our current employee engagement programs or would I just be wasting my time? Any information is appreciated.
