Thanks to a very kind Qualtrics tech support, they figured out why I was having that problem. I had a flood of recorded responses showing that they hadn't seen the majority of the questions and it's because the 1 week timer was being reached that submits & records their response whether it was complete or not. So it wasn't that my survey randomly started messing up, it's just that the people who never finished it all the way just started getting recorded.ps I made a community account just to share this response as I was frustrated for hours trying to figure this out
