I also have this problem regularly. Qualtrics support gave me this work-around, which helps me: 1. Go to the Translation screen for the survey. 2. Add a language and choose English (not UK). 3. In the translation overview find the question that has the wrong label (Note: That question should have a low percentage of translation as that one option was mistakenly 'translated'). 4. Once you are looking at the question you will see red writing telling you that the option was not translated or black writing that means the system translated that option (and the translation is what is showing up in your report). 5. To fix the problem click on the red percentage at the top (to translate the entire question quickly). Do not worry about the quality as you will delete the translation in a later step, but there needs to be enough of a translation to delete in order for the option to become available. 6.
