Export word survey: how to remove font codes ?

! When exporting the survey in word document, the text (question or even descrptive text) shows the font codes such as per attached Which is not convenient to share this file with random people. Is there any way to export the survey by removing those codes? (I already unchecked all options of export!) Thanks for your help !
