Hi!Guys do you know what would be the best path to send responses to a data lake?Would it be better to recommend an SFTP or an API?Especially taking into account there are embedded data fields that should not be share with the data lake so which one would give us more flexibility and safety to avoid confidential information to be send out.
I am trying to send the people who get it wrong in the attention check to the previous question (where the prompt is), and let them read the prompt and try out the attention check again. However, I cannot create a loop such that you will always be sent back if you get the attention wrong. Right now, the best I can think of is to manually add branch, but I cannot do it infinitely. The attached photo is my current solution, but the participants can proceed after failing the attention check the second time. Just to add that we don’t want to include a back button and the initial plan is to separate thew prompt and the questions, so I cannot just do cross validation to stop participants to move forward. What should I do? Thank you!

I've integrated the Lead API link from C4C OData into Qualtrics using a POST request. Included in the request are the necessary headers, such as X-CSRF-TOKEN. I would like respondents to rank order items that they have improved on most. I would then like them to explain how they improved in an text entry for their top 3 ranks. I haven’t found a solution through logic or carry forward yet. Any suggestions?

Once we had entered all the attributes for the SSO connection and entered all the necessary groups in the ‘Mapping options - user type mappings’ section, we tested the connection and it was Successful, but it does not take the User Type field. HiI’m trying to build a widget where I could see for each month, what is the NPS of the last 12 months. Meaning, on the column or bar Jan 2024 I would see the NPS from Feb 1st 2023 to Jan 31st 2024, on the one of Feb 2024 I would see NPS from March 1st 2023 to Feb 29th 2024… I saw that for Rolling calculation “grouping must match the grouping for your date breakout. For example, if your date data is broken out over years, the rolling average will also automatically be set to years.” Does anyone have an idea on how to achieve this?
We are needing to have the ExternalDataReference exported for anyone who unsubscribes from a list or directory, ideally via SFTP export. Current functionality allows this for survey responses but not for unsubscribes. Any possible solutions here?
Dear All, I have set up my survey so that if respondents fail two attention check questions, they will be taken at the end of the survey. I have used multiple conditions in the display/branch logic within the survey flow, but it did not work.For the two attention check questions,Q1 (multiple choice question) and Q2 (matrix question), Q1 has one correct answer, “None of the Above”, and for Q2, there are two correct answers “Strongly Disagree” or “Disagree.” If respondents do not select the correct answers, they will be taken to the end of the survey, so I have set up a branch logic in the survey flow tab under Q2: If Q1 “None of the above,” Not Selected, AND Q2 “Strongly Disagree” Not Selected OR (New Logic Set) If Q1 “None of the above” Not Selected, AND Q2 “Disagree” Not Selected--End of Survey for participants. The above branch logic did not work. Alternatively, I tried creating two separate branch logic under Q2: first logic (None of the above AND Strongly disgree, Not Selected-End

(0-100).(2) Out of the remaining 100, how many people do you think would purchase an iPhone if the price was half of the current price? At the moment, we’ve used embedded data to compute “count_remaining_usa”, “count_remaining_uk”, and “count_remaining_france”, which is 100 minus the number of people with iPhones in Question (1).We would like to set the starting value of Question (2) to be “count_remaining_” for each country, as shown in the picture.We selected the option “Default Choices”, setting each slider to the embedded data value. We also selected the “Force Response”. However, in the survey the button is already preselected and hence the user can skip answering. I've been attempting to do so directly through my account settings, but unfortunately, I'm not finding a straightforward option to accomplish this. Additionally, I've tried reaching out to support via the Customer Hub, as suggested, but I've encountered a roadblock there as well. Despite receiving a message that support is working on my request, I can't seem to find any ticket confirming this action. I've also tried emailing support directly, only to receive a response directing me back to the Customer Hub to create a ticket. This has left me feeling quite stuck in a loop of frustration. All I want to do is delete my account so I can create a new one using my university code. I’m first asking two questions from the respondent.Countries you have experience working in. (Multi-select, out of 10) Companies you have experience working in. (Multi-select, out of 14)Moving forward they’ll answer the next block of 5 questions, on loop, for each selected company in each selected country.Now, I want it so that a combination of a country and a company is only asked one time.I’m doing this by applying Quotas for all possible combinations of a country and company. Then I’ll apply display logic to the options of companies question as to only display if the quota has not been achieved.So, for example, I’ve applied a quota of n=1 for Q1=USA and Q2=Company A. Once this quota is achieved, the next time a respondent selects USA, they will not be shown Company A in Q2. So my question is, all possible combinations of country and companies to make quotas would be 140. Is their an easier/more efficient way to achieve this?

I have a study where participants are required to watch a video and then answer questions. Participants are required to click play to watch the video. On the page where the video is present, I inserted a timing question. When I look at the data, there are several columns of data related to the timing question: First.click (time of first click), last.click (time of last click), and page.submit (total time on the webpage). According to the instructions on Qualtrics, a click is only recorded when the participant clicks on the webpage, but it doesn’t count when the participant clicks on the next button. Thus, if a participant does not click play and ONLY clicks the next button (to continue with the survey) they will register “0 clicks” but will have a page.submit time (indicating they spent time on the page). I am assuming that in these scenarios participants did not click on play to watch the video (as no clicks were registered). Alternatively, some participants will only click on the w

I would like to allow respondents to insert some values, click a “calculate” button, see the outcome of their decision, and then “confirm” or change the numbers as many times as they want until confirming their decisions.Is there an option to do this?
