Can I create questions in an automated fashion in Qualtrics? Is there an option to write all the questions in XML format or any other format and then to upload them directly?
I have to create a lot of questions and adopting a file upload based solution will greatly help.
Anyone have attempted to do so?

TXT and DOC formats are supported by qualtrics to import the question. Check here
