Record Grid CX widget won't export csv

HI All,

I'm having trouble export a csv file from a record grid. It says this "error: your export could not be completed, please try again later." I've tried reducing the quantity of records by filtering, creating a new record grid, using different browsers but I still get the same error. JPG is fine but csv or tsv doesn't work. I've also tried enable click to show whole responses. Still no improvement.

Can anyone else replicate this issue?

Hey Rod_Pestell - if you have not yet already, we'd recommend reaching out to Support about this one. They'll be able to further troubleshoot and assist in escalating, if needed.

Hi All, update - turns out that this is due to having external / 3rd party sourced data (eg tripadvisor) added to the dataset settings page. Support though have said there is a preview feature which if turned on will allow me to export the data. Just waiting for this to be activated on our account. :)
