Loop and Merge scoring with Multiple Choice

Hi,
I saw this - https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/602/loop-merge-with-scoring-text-box - and fI'm looking for something similar, I think.
I am using loop and merge to present images in random order . In field 1 is the type of image - A or B; and in field 2 is the link of the image that is piped into the question. The question is multiple choice and the choices are A or B.
I would like to get this scored in the results table. I'm looking for something like "if field 1 is equal to answer then 1, otherwise 0".
