  • Custom From Domains: SPF records and an additional MX record pointing to Qualtrics servers are now required for custom FROM domains configured after May 10, 2022. Custom FROM domains configured prior to May 10, 2022 do not require an additional SPF and MX record.

  • CoreXM


  • Sample Project User Testing: Starting March 24, some CoreXM users may see a sample project called “Product Tour & Sample Project” in the catalog. This change is in user testing and is not GA to all.

  • Dashboards


  • Embedding Dashboard Widgets in Third Party Software: Added ability to embed dashboard widgets into ServiceNow. This functionality is already available for Salesforce. 

  • Employee Engagement


  • Japanese Stress Check Solution: This new guided solution allows companies operating in Japan to run a stress check survey as mandated by the Japanese government. The solution contains a stress check survey, an individual report, and a dashboard for managers and admins to view aggregate scores.

  • Org Hierarchy Editor Improvements (EE): In addition to reliability improvements, uncommonly used unit tools have been removed to reduce redundancy and in-product messaging has improved. These changes are for engagement hierarchies only. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 18, 2022 and concluding June 6, 2022.

  • Frontline Feedback


  • Custom Fields: You can now add text entry custom fields in Frontline Feedback.

  • Website / App Feedback


  • Automatic Contact Creation for Digital Intercepts: Digital intercepts can automatically create XMD contacts when an intercept is evaluated.

  • Improvements to Guided Workflow Creatives: UI updates for creatives created using a guided workflow, including the addition of global navigation at the top of the creative editor, a footer indicating the number of steps remaining to set up the creative, and the removal of the deployment page from the guided workflow setup.

  • XM Directory


  • Loading Historical Data to XM Directory Respondent Funnel: You can now load historical data into the XM Directory Respondent Funnel, allowing you to report on data from previous distributions from before the Respondent Funnel was enabled.

  • Segment Templates: You can now select from four templates when creating a segment in XM Directories. Each template represents a common segmentation group that could translate into valuable insights. 

  • Segment Trends: Directory segments now include a trend chart to display and easily identify membership trends including new contacts and lost subscribers over time.

  • Updates to Adding Contacts within XM Directory: Directory-wide settings for merging duplicate contacts are now visible in the import window when uploading contacts to the directory or a specific mailing list.

  • XM Solutions


  • EX Team Voice: Solutions tailor-made for your organization that your users can distribute, but can’t edit, enabling HR teams to maintain a content standard of their choosing.

  • Managing Custom XM Solutions: Custom XM Solutions, such as EX Team Voice, are tailor-made for your organization. This page explains how to control which users in your organization have access to these features.

  • 360


  • Importing Evaluators from the Global Directory (360): Evaluators can now be imported to 360 projects from the global directory. All associated evaluator metadata will also be imported.

  • Web Service Tasks: Web services in workflows can now have mutual TLS enabled.
