  • Using an Org Hierarchy Filter: The interface for org hierarchy filters in EX dashboards has been updated. Improvements include: accessibility functionality, an interface that clearly shows what data is displayed, a toggle for dashboard admins to allow the ability to select multiple units, and the ability to reset your filter selections with the click of one button.
  • Importing Anonymous Responses (EX): Users no longer have to import anonymous responses through the hierarchy tool, and can instead upload them straight to Data & Analysis.

Workflows

  • Avoid Being Marked as Spam: We have updated our IP ranges. Server admins should adjust allowlists accordingly.
  • Extract Employees from Workday Task: New task in workflows for importing employee data from Workday to use in your Qualtrics EX programs.
  • Workflows: You can now have up to 20 tasks per workflow.
  • Participants Tab (Ad Hoc Employee Research): User interface refresh for the Participants tab in Ad Hoc Employee Research projects. All functionality retained; now matches user interface in Engagement and Lifecycle projects.

  • Slack Task: In addition to accessibility improvements, how you add channels and users to Slack Tasks has improved. You can select from a generated list, or upload intended recipients in bulk.

New Support Pages

Survey Projects

  • Autocomplete Questions & Supplemental Data: Autocomplete is a text entry question type that can guess the answer a respondent’s going to give. The autocomplete fills in with data from another project in Qualtrics. Great for when you want to draw data from a previously run survey or a large store of data. Supplemental data sources are useful when your autocomplete question is going to give recommendations on large data sources or data stored in a previous survey.

Workflows

  • Experience ID Segment Events: As contacts are added to or removed from your segments, automatically set off notifications, tickets, and more.
