- Exporting Results Dashboards to DOCX: You can now export results dashboards to Microsoft Word (DOCX format). All widgets will be saved as images within the document.
- Word Cloud Widget (EX & CX): A new version of the word cloud widget for dashboards has been released with an updated interface and streamlined setup. For a time, users will have access to both versions of the word cloud widget. This feature will begin gradually rolling out on October 26, 2022. All customers will have the feature enabled by November 16, 2022.
- Video Response Question: New survey question type that allows survey takers to record a video to provide feedback.
- Viewing & Clipping Video Responses: New tab in Data & Analysis for managing video responses. Review & clip responses to display in a dashboard.
- Video Slideshow Widget: New dashboard widget that allows survey builders to display video highlight reels in a dashboard.
- Support Portal: Updated with more intuitive options. You can now view information about your Success Packages and the services available with them, upgrade your Success Packages, and more.
