We're just starting out with Site Intercept, and one of the challenges we are working through is the fact that we can't automatically pull in customer database variables into Site Intercept responses (like we could with emailed surveys). We can pull in the ID and other web/Adobe Analytics variables, and then append data on the back end. Has anyone successfully automated this process? Is it easy to manually import additional fields and append those to completed surveys?
