Hi Qualtrics Team,We are encountering a build failure in our CI environment (GitHub Actions) when resolving dependencies for the Qualtrics Android SDK from your hosted Maven S3 repository (https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/si-mobile-sdks/android/).During the build, Gradle attempts to download aapt2:9.4.1-15703166 from your S3 repository and fails with a 403 Forbidden response. This was completely fine until yesterday. Exact Error Log:Could not resolve com.android.tools.build:aapt2:9.4.1-15703166. > Could not GET 'https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/si-mobile-sdks/android/com/android/tools/build/aapt2/9.4.1-15703166/aapt2-9.4.1-15703166.pom'. Received status code 403 from server: ForbiddenCould you please check the permissions on this artifact path in your S3 repository so we can resolve this build issue?Thank you!

Hi there is there someone who can help me on this :(

Hello,I'm using a Website Feedback Intercept and trying to capture values from the Google Data Layer as Embedded Data.I want to collect the value of `cmd_contact_id`, but when I check the survey responses in Data & Analysis, the field is empty. I have:- Added `CMDContactID` as Embedded Data in Survey Flow.- Configured the intercept to collect:- Google Data Layer- Value: cmd_contact_id- Name: CMDContactID I verified in the browser console that the value exists in `window.dataLayer` for logged-in users:window.dataLayer.find(x => x.cmd_contact_id)This returns a valid value. I also tested another Google Data Layer variable (`business_line_code`) and neither variable is populated in Data & Analysis, while other Embedded Data fields (such as cookies) are collected successfully.Has anyone experienced this before?Could this be a timing issue where the intercept reads the Data Layer before the values are available, or is there additional configuration required for Google Data Layer E

Hi all,I’m unable to see the Test Sessions banner of Digital Experience Analytics, even though I think I set everything up correctly: third-party cookies are enabled, the test session is enabled, and the testing cookie is set correctly on the site domain. No vanity URL.I also have a working feedback button, so I think that the issue can't be related to the Qualtrics snippet implementation. The testing session banner never appears. Are there any additional requirements or debugging steps to determine why the test session banner is not being triggered? Thanks

We’ve created an intercept survey and checked that everything looks right on the Qualtrics side. When we flip over to our site, though, we can’t get the survey to load and putting qsi in the console returns nothing. We’ve attempted to put the code in several places to no avail. Also checked the single page application button on the manage page. Anyone have any success getting a Qualtrics intercept to work on an Angular site? What are we missing?

Hello Qualtrics Support / Community,we are using the Qualtrics Android SDK to show an intercept survey in our app.The survey is opened by the SDK-provided Activity / feedback flow. On some devices or screen sizes, the survey appears inside a bottom sheet, but the content is not scrollable. As a result, the user can only see the top part of the survey text. The actual input controls, for example the rating stars and the submit button, are below the visible area and cannot be reached. This makes it impossible for the user to complete or submit the survey. From the screenshot, the bottom sheet is displayed, but the content is cut off at the bottom of the screen. Swiping inside the sheet does not scroll the survey content.Could you please clarify:Is this a known issue in the Qualtrics Android SDK? Is there a setting to make the SDK Activity / bottom sheet content scrollable? Can we force the survey to open in fullscreen instead of a bottom sheet? Is there a recommended workaround for small s

I’m using an intercept with a slider creative, and I’m seeing an issue where the targeting conditions appear to be met. It’s confusing because in Action Set 1, I don’t have any conditions configured, yet I’m still seeing the conditions. My main concern is that the survey visibility is set to 50%, but Action Set 1 is showing it as 100%, due to which the survey pop’s up even though this condition is not met in the targeting logic. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hi all, I have an intercept setup that is displayed on a client’s website. The intercept has two logic conditions (see screenshot below) that work as expected. If both conditions are true, the intercept is shown on the current page the user is viewing and will disappear when navigating to another page and does not reappear for the remainder of the session. What I’d like to achieve is that, once the conditions are met, the intercept remains persistent/visible across all pages rather than disappearing when navigating between pages. It should stay visible until the user interacts with it, either by closing it or clicking the button to complete the survey. Does anyone have a solution to this or have achieved this before? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Intercept conditions Thank you!

HelloRecently a new issue occurred on one of our Digital Intercepts survey. The Intercept triggers ok, but when you click on ‘Provide Feedback’ Button survey is not launching. We have not changed anything in Qualtrics on our side of Set up. IT are saying there were no changes made that would affect intercept. Any ideas what could be wrong? anyone came across similar issue? Thanks Anna

Good day, I would like to inquire whether it would be possible to implement a Repeated Display Prevention mechanism that will apply to ALL web intercept surveys. For example, if a website contains four surveys, each with a quarantine or display prevention period set to 90 days, once a customer answers or declines one survey, all surveys including the one answered or declined would no longer appear to that customer for the next 90 days.Even better If I could utilize a JavaScript variable from the website (e.g., User E-mail) as an Embedded Data to Qualtrics and use that to quarantine the customer for 90 days.

Hello Everyone,                                                                                                                                                                                     We run Qualtrics Website Intercept surveys on our websites. We use Tealium and Adobe Analytics for reporting.                                                                                                                                                                                                     What we're tracking per user:                                                                                                                           Survey funnel events — when the survey is displayed to a user, when the user answers the first question, and when the user completes the survey  (at each user level)  Individual question responses — question text + answer for every question. Current plan: For question responses, we plan to use the Qualtrics Adobe Analytics Extension. It handles

Hi,I’m using Qualtrics Website & App Feedback intercepts and I’m seeing an issue with Custom Trigger → Trigger On Click.Setup Same project and same page Multiple intercepts enabled at the same time Each intercept: Uses Custom Trigger → On Click Targets a different HTML element but displays the same survey Expected behaviorAll intercepts should work simultaneously and display their survey when their specific HTML element is clicked.Actual behavior If only one intercept is active → it works If more than one intercept is active → only the first activated/published intercept works The other intercepts never display their survey No console errors Each intercept works correctly when tested alone QuestionIs this a known limitation in Qualtrics that only one click-based intercept can work per page?If so, is the recommended solution? Thanks.

Hi Everyone,                                                                                                                                                                                   We're planning to use a Guided Intercept with an invitation screen ("Display survey directly in the dialog" disabled). We need to fire custom JavaScript when:                                     The invitation screen is displayed to the user       The user clicks accept to start the survey                                                                                                                                                This is for sending tracking events to Adobe Analytics via our tag manager (Tealium). Specifically, we want to track "survey seen" and "survey started" as separate AA events when the invitation is shown and accepted respectively. We looked for Action Sets or JavaScript hooks in the Guided Intercept editor but couldn't find any options to attach custom JavaScript to these i

We have had some issues when using Qualtrics Exit Intent trigger for intercept surveys - it is supposed to detect when a visitor’s cursor moves to the upper regions of the browse but after adding a screener question to the survey, we have found that it only detects Exit intent around ~17% of the time and for some internal employees the survey has even shown when a user is filling out information on a checkout page for example. We are working with our internal engineers to try and setup Exit intent using some mix of behaviors that indicates a shopper is having issues/frustrations and is at risk of leaving the site. Has anyone had any success doing something similar? If yes, what were the mix of behaviors you used?

Hi Everyone,We’re implementing Website Intercept Surveys and trying to build a user‑level funnel for tracking:Users who see the survey Users who start the survey (first interaction) Users who complete the survey Users who close/abandon the survey  Current approach:survey_seen set via Embedded Data at the top of Survey Flow survey_started set on Q1 using JS (first click/input/keydown) survey_completed set via Embedded Data at the end of Survey Flow Expected:Closed/abandoned = survey_seen = true AND survey_completed != true Observed behavior (testing):If user clicks Next, response is created and embedded data is saved  If user interacts but does not click Next and closes → no response created  If user opens and closes immediately → no response created We also saw documentation stating that responses with embedded data should not be considered empty, but in practice the response isn’t saved without page progression. Questions:Is there any supported/official way to create a response record

Does anyone know how to add an iframe title to a custom embedded feedback creative?in cases where we use other creatives such as feedback buttons etc we can see the option to add an iframe title as show in this image: however when we use a custom embedded feedback creative we do not have this option:

I’m trying to get the stars question behave as when selecting 3 stars - 3 are becoming highlighted (have color fill) and so forth. At the moment I can’t seem to be able to create this experience. It seems weired to me… We don’t mind doing it from the SDK but also there it seems like the option is not available.  Someone was able to reach this experience?

Hi EveryoneVia Admin, I just created a new, fresh, test account. When logging in, I already had 3 projects shared with my new test account. And after further tests, all users under our brand account have these projects shared with them. When looking in collaborate via the project owner, no account is selected to be shared with. How do I stop sharing these, seemingly automatically? Thanks :)

Context: I am working on a "Website/App Feedback" project, specifically using intercepts inside a Mobile App. We are using the Mobile Embedded Feedback creative type (Guided Intercepts). As per the standard behavior of this creative type, it automatically created "Embedded Survey". My goal is to control the volume of responses based on the user's Country (Embedded Data).Problem: I am facing a "dead-end" regarding quota management due to two limitations: Survey Limitations: The automatically created survey for Mobile Embedded Feedback does NOT have the "Survey" tab (only Workflows, Data & Analysis, Results). Therefore, I cannot configure standard Quotas inside the survey options as I would in a standard project. XM Directory Limitations: I tried to control this via "Targeting Logic" by integrating with the XM Directory. My idea was to create a Segment based on Country and limit frequency. However, the documentation states: "For mobile users, additional information cannot be added.

I have several web intercepts running in my project, but I’ve been experiencing strange behavior in how they’re being displayed, which led the client to request that all of them be disabled. These intercepts each have only one action set, and all of them follow rules similar to the example below.  In addition, I have repeat display prevention enabled, with the browser cookie set for 14 days. Even so, I’m receiving reports that the intercepts are being displayed every single time the user accesses the target URL.I’m not exactly sure how to proceed or where to start investigating this.Has anyone experienced something similar and can share their two cents?

I want so show intercept survey only when user visit the page 10th time meaning if i logged in today it is my first visit. ….8th time is 8th visit. only when i visit 10th time I should get popup. How can i do this?

We are using a custom embedded feedback creative on our website. the first question is an mcq question and the answer choices are smiley faces. Now we have a requirement that the first question of the survey that is the smiley question should be embedded in the website but when someone clicks on one of these smileys then the rest of the survey should open in a new tab. Is there a way to achieve this?

Does anyone know where to find the revision history on an intercept that has this interface?

We have digital intercepts (popups, feedback buttons, etc...). Today they say “Active...with unpublished changes.” Nobody remembers making any changes. Is there a place to see what changes are unpublished and who made them?

Hi all, I wonder if anyone would be open to a new group / discussions around how you are using website / app feedback in your organization.I recently joined an organization and my role is to expand intercept surveys across their digital properties. They are creating custom code on each page to capture data like the ingress point and it leads to a different survey. This is different from my previous company that expanded one intercept across all pages leading to one survey and then used page and keywords to identify what teams should receive what feedback.I’m curious how other organizations are setting up their intercept surveys. I’d love to hear from those who have experience and open to discussing different ways of using intercept surveys and the pros and cons of each way.
