Hi,I have made an intercept with a "feedback button" creative type.I have maintained the translations for the feedback button text.In my intercept rules, I have a part that checks "if current url contains nl_BE" and in the embedded data of the intercept I have Q_Language = static value NL.This setup works correctly for the survey itself: when I am on a page with nl_BE in the url, and I open the feedback button, the survey is in Dutch (NL).However,The text of the button itself remains in English! My browser language is English, and if I change my browser language, the button text does change languages as well. But the whole purpose of my setup with url contains nl_BE and the Q_Language ED is to improve the language selection, as the browser language isn't the correct one to use (you can't put an English button text on a Dutch site...)So, am I doing something wrong, or is this a shortcoming of the Qualtrics platform that the button text doesn't take the set language of the ED into account?
The default behavior allows respondents to close the pop-up intercept survey only by clicking the X button. In addition, I would like to be able to close the survey by clicking anywhere outside of the pop-up window to dismiss/ close the survey. How can I do that?
Hi EveryoneI have a site intercept pop-up running that captures just NPS.Everything is working well, although I noticed that sometimes it does not capture the NPS response, even though Finished = True, and Progress = 100%.And the missing data below.Any ideas? Thanks :)
I would like the ability to offer a survey on the web page. So not via pop up or slider but directly on the website itself. For example, the customer clicks on a smiley and it opens a survey. Is there a possibility to trigger the survey URL that way or is there another possibility?
We have a feedback button on many pages of our site, but have recently been getting complaints from our low-vision users who are zooming in to read text that the button is covering up too much content. Is there a way either via browser settings or some way we can configure it in Qualtrics to give these users the options to hide the feed back button entirely? Note that disabling cookies/local storage isn't a great option because then they would have issues logging in to the site.
Hi EveryoneWith a template intercept, I am able to capture embedded data, for example (ignore the arrow 🤦♂️).Via survey flow I can map these fields, which successfully populates in my survey data. How would I capture the same emended data via just setting up a manual intercept and pop-up creative?I did try this, but the data it not coming into the survey (this is the embedded data window inside my intercept). Thanks :)
Hi, me againThis is an embedded window of a response dialogue site intercept with just 1 NPS question. How can I make the window narrower? Can I remove the X? Can I add a close button, rather than use the X? How can I change the border colour of the number selection? Thanks :)
Hello,I have 2 intercepts that target the same survey build, one is configured as an Exit Intent pop up intercept and the other one as a passive Always On intercept present throughout our website. We’d like to make sure the user interacts with the survey only once per visit. I’ve been playing around with the browser cookies options and the targeting logics, but I can’t make it work.Does anybody know if what we are trying to do is actually possible? And if so, how can I configure this kind of setup? Thanks a lot in advance!Best,Daniel
Hi, does anyone know who to reach out to if you haven’t been assigned an account manager? I had an account manager who stopped responding to emails a few months ago and I assume they left the company. When I log-into the Customer Success portal as Qualtrics recommends, there is nobody listed for me to contact. We have questions about our Website & App Insights part of our license and want to set up a call. I refer all of my research and evaluation clients to Qualtrics because of the amazing customer service so this has been a real disappointment.
We can't seem to get surveys stored in the app to upload. We keep getting an error message that they can't reach the Qualtrics server. The message says to upload the app (done) and contact support if that doesn't work (it doesn't). Are we alone?
Hello, Does anybody know if there is a way to monitor the number of impressions from a website intercept other than the Stats tab on my Website & App Insights project? I’d like to calculate in an automated and systematic way the equivalent of response rate for my intercepts (e.g. responses/impressions). Any idea (regardless if it is implemented inside or outside of Qualtrics) is much appreciated! Best,Daniel
When I create a TextIQ topic for one question, how do I sync the topics to another question? I know there is an export/import option, however, that does not sync the topics together. For example, say I have a topic "apple" in Q1 and Q2. If I update the search criteria in Q1 to include "apple | gala", I want to also reflect this in Q2. Currently, if I export Q1 and import it to Q2, I will get a new topic named "apple_1". This also happens if there is a parent topic. For example: I have a parent topic of "fruit" and a child topic "banana" in Q1. In Q2, I have a parent topic of "fruit" and a child topic of "orange". If I import "orange" into Q1, I will get a new parent topic named "fruit_1" instead of putting "orange" into the existing "fruit" parent.
Good afternoon! I wanted to ask you about a new project I'm working on. We want to be able to implement a survey on our benefits website, which allows users to rate each of the benefits we offer them. I attach an example of a similar case to illustrate (ExampleBigBox). Has anyone implemented this type of surveys with Qualtrics?
Hi all,It’s relatively common in my space (as far as I can tell) for survey creators to add timing questions to all or most questions they add to their survey. While this is a safe practice, it can be tedious, so it’s usually reserved for the especially neurotic survey creator who is willing to input that effort. This seems like an easy thing for Qualtrics to make easy on survey creators. I have two features in mind. First, a simple toggle under “Question type” which says “automatically add timing questions” paired with a “set defaults” button so that creators don’t have to adjust each one.Do others think this is a useful idea? Is there already a feature like this? If it would be useful, are there other question types that would be useful to consider like this? One alternative is to generalize the toggle and have the creator set what type of second question type they want added (e.g., automatically adding a text-based question after a multiple choice one).I’m curious to hear people’s s
Survey is storing embedded data for users who are ineligible for a pop-over intercept, even though they never see the pop-over
