Dismiss pop-up survey by clicking outside of the intercept window?

The default behavior allows respondents to close the pop-up intercept survey only by clicking the X button.In addition, I would like to be able to close the survey by clicking anywhere outside of the pop-up window to dismiss/ close the survey. How can I do that?

Website/App insights - intercept visibility

I have a website app insights project where I am using a responsive dialog box where we are using a survey as the target so when a website visitor visits the website he or she sees the target survey. Now we have a requirement if a website visitor revisits the website then they should be able to see the target survey if they had not taken the survey during their earlier visit to the website however if they have taken the survey during their  earlier visit then they should not be able to see the the target survey again for the next 90 days

How do retrieve embedded data from website?

Hi all, I would like to seek help from the community. I am trying to set up a website feedback survey where our employees can log in their issues that they encounter from the website. There will be ticketing system and one of the embedded data that we would like to get is their email address. We would like to get the email address directly from the website because we do not have to get our employees to manually log their email address into the survey and we are keeping the survey questions lean. The email address is actually retrievable from the website ‘Inspect’ page under the ‘Application’ tab and the  key is named as EmailID along with its Value (Email address). How do i build this into Qualtrics survey? Do i use Web Service (Under Survey Flow) or do I just add ‘Embedded Data’ into the Branch in Survey Flow? Your advice is appreciated!

Bring Embedded Data from variables present on page's datalayer

Hello, I have an intercept being presented on a page with a some data fields that I need to bring as embedded data on the responses, but I could not find a way to make it work - the fields related to them are always in blank. From what I could understand, the fields are from a Google Tag ManagerThe things I’ve already done, without success:declare the field’s value type as “HTML on site” (this works on other pages from the same client, but I imagine this page can be developed differently); declare the field’s value type as “Google Data Layer”; declare the field’s value type as “Value from cookie” (just for testing, I could not find them on cookies); Configured the event tracking on the intercept with the name of the event (“delivery_tracking”).Below it follows a datalayer viewer extension to refer as they are shown (the fields I want to bring are the ones under the event “delivery_tracking”, like “service_type”, “origin” and “destination”): Any tips on how to bring this data to the int

Solutions needed for: Open AI Operator filling out questionnaires instead of humans

I've recently learned from a colleague and from a post on X (https://x.com/Ingar30/status/1900096859697262976) that Operator, a new product developed by Open AI, can simulate participants’ responses on Qualtrics survey. For things that are not directly fillable by AI (e.g., some Captcha or comprehension questions), Operator gives the possibility to the user to take control of the survey and respond on its behalf. This make useless some of the measures that are usually recommended to deal with bots. It was quite shocking to see how easy it is to fill out a survey with this system and this might have severe consequences for the quality of the collected data.I would like to know whether there are any measures Qualtrics is taking to minimize this issue or if other users have developed some measures.Thank you and all the best,Giuliana

Set value to embedded data using Javascript on a website intercept

Hello, We are currently working on setting up an embedded data value using Javascript for a web intercept. The thing is that we are using an in-site embedded intercept (see first image below), but we can’t find how to code the Javascript function in order to set its result to be the embedded data value (see second image and code below). Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnUnload(function() {Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.setEmbeddedData( 'q_test', "testing" )});Is it possible to set the embedded data value this way?Best,Daniel

Grab product user details via an intercept when they respond to the survey

Hello,We are looking at adding an intercept to some of our products. I don’t just want to capture the feedback and high level data like we care capturing on our website. I want to be able to pull through user details name, company org etc from the product (they are logged in to the product) and push it into embedded data. How would I achieve this?

Same project and same site, but new intercept nor working

Hi allI have an intercept issue would like some help!I have a Website & App Insights project that has multiple intercepts we set up for our site.There is a new responsive dialogue intercept I set up for the same site but different page, target logic has set to ‘site url contains career’ ,100% display rate and when mouse leaves the site. I’ve kept the condition as simple as possible for the testing, the preview worked find with all conditions passed. However, when i went to the site as regular user I just cannot see the pop up. I can see other intercepts working on the site, as the image below shown, button and pop-up for other pages are working fine. Since all intercepts share the same code, I assume the code is working as intended? So i am not sure which part went wrong, has anyone experienced this before?

Benchmark - Qualtrics DXA vs Quantum Metric

Hello,My company’s IT department just acquired the DXA suite as an add-on to our Qualtrics main instance.I’d like to ask the community what are your experiences using the DXA features: How easy is it to work with? Does it deliver what is advertised?And if there’s anyone out there who currently use Quantum Metric, would love to hear how is it going so far using their platform, as I’m on the understanding it offers a more complete solution with the trade off of being on a higher price point than DXA:How easy is it to work with? Mobile App Feedback Implementation Using SDK

Hi,I need more information regarding the mobile app feedback feature as we plan to implement it in one of our projects. How can we test the mobile app using SDK. Which app should we refer to for this. Additionally, what details should we provide to the client, apart from the Brand ID, Project ID, and snippet code once the deployment is complete.Thank you in advance.

How do you access localStorage values as embedded data? They always return null.

I have a Website/App Insights with a Feedback button Intercept/Creative. Under Embedded Data I have Use Value from Javascript  with the following value:window.localStorage.getItem("1")This line works when I run it in the browser console.However, this is reported as null in the Results of the Survey. Is this a scope issue, or is there another way to get Local Storage as Embedded Data?

I just noticed while using community over phone that ask question button is hidden by the chat button. Are others also seeing same problem? ​@AlonsoC is it a known issue or is only on my Android?

Uncaught (in promise) Error

Hello, I am seeing in the console on my site the following error, seemingly related to Qualtrics. I have a support ticket but they’ve been unable to replicate so far. UnCaught Reference Error:Qualtrics not Found

Anyone using a video response question in survey linked to an intercept?

We were able to collect video responses when testing the survey from an email invitation, but once we tied the survey to an intercept pointing to our website’s QA environment the following error appears when clicking on the video/audio button: device error: NotAllowedError: Permission deniedHas anyone had a similar experience? We’ve ensured that pop-ups are not blocked, and the audio & video permissions on the browser are not denying a connection. Thanks!

Intercept logic based on Page Count and Time Focused on Site > creative does not appear

Hello everyone,I am trying to set up an intercept based on page count and time focused on site.I'm probably missing some configuration as the feedback button doesn't appear even though I've spent the set time on the site and navigated to a subsequent page (as per the documentation, the creativity appears on the upload after the set elapsed time has been reached).I have enabled session-storage cookie recording in the Settings tab of the Website App Insight project, but the button still does not appear.When I remove the Page Count and Time Focused on Site restrictions, the button does appear, so it is clearly a problem specific to these logical conditions.What am I missing? Can you help me out?Thank you.

Survey in Salesforce Field Service app

Hi all,Has anyone had implemented (or attempted to implement) a Qualtrics survey in Salesforce Field service mobile app ( https://apps.apple.com/us/app/salesforce-field-service/id1163307568, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.salesforce.fieldservice.app&hl=en&pli=1). I’m trying to have the Feedback tab automatically open on load so that the survey question is visible on page load. I’ve been looking at custom javascript codes to include (See example below) but none are working. Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() { QSI.API.load(); }); Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Need help calculating the number of days between two dates

Hello,I have a survey with two questions asking the respondent to enter the start date and end date. Both questions are Text entry question types. The format for the response is mm/dd/yyyy.
