Searchable list of response options

I have a survey question with a list of 5000+ global airport names and codes. The question type is a "multiple choice" + "select box", which enabled me to paste all 5000+ response options. By default, Qualtrics makes this list searchable but only by the first word. With airport names, people often don't refer to it by its full name or don't know the full name. For example, if you're flying out of Washington's Reagan airport, it would be listed as "Reagan...." but you might try to search for it by "Washington".

Is there a way to make it searchable by any word in the response choice, not just the first word?

Thanks in advance!
