DOB (dd/mm/yyyy) to age

My survey asks for DOB in a text entry field (dd/mm/yyyy) and I need to generate age from that.



I've used this post to successfully do it when DOB is input as mm/dd/yyyy. How can I adapt this to work when DOB is entered as dd/mm/yyyy?



Very new to Qualtrics and javascript so appreciate any help.
