My goal is to strengthen my Qualtrics platform knowledge with trying different aspects of API's and JS.
A lot of my (and my boss') goals are Qualtrics-related : BX and Discover/Social Connect certifications for Q1/Q2, EX and PX for Q3/Q4 as well as a more informal but ongoing process to get more familiar with various other systems and CRMs to be integrated with Q (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.)
Otherwise, a more personal goal would be to achieve a better work/family balance! Which will probably be the toughest to achieve...

A couple of work-related intentions for 2023. 1) Stop allowing personal frustrations to play into workplace conflict. 2) Create a more appealing workspace at home (my TikTok algorithm is just desks, keyboards and houseplants now...)
My new year goal is to take the Qualtrics platform essentials and Customer XM Expert certification exams. I've done the work so its time to take the exams!
I would also like to dedicate 30 minutes every morning to reading my clip news (i.e. morning brew) and subscriptions to journals.
My goal & resolution for this year is to become EX Certified! I recently got CX Certified a few months ago and have continued to learn each day. The community has been so helpful to me with finding very specific use cases and really cool workarounds. I want to be able to return the favor with knowledge I gain!

Beginning last year, I adopted the practice of using a vision board to manifest what I hope to accomplish during the year, both personally and professionally. Here is my 2023 vision board for my work. (These are my overall aspirations--I also have specific, project-based goals for which I'm accountable.) Happy New Year, everyone!
Team building: leading and supporting both my own team in creating new tools, and adopting existing ones, to serve NLM’s strategic goals, and doing so in a way that helps them to develop in their careers and overall lives, and to support their work-life balance. Also doing the same for the larger community of analysts, developers, and insight generators across NLM. The arrows in the vision board refer to horizontal (across NLM) and vertical (across management levels) collaboration beyond our own team.
Training and capacity building: Serving as a resource to help NLM staff be their best, and to use the tools that they have at their disposal to the best extent possible. 2023 will be a big year, because we are moving to the next generation both of our digital analytics and our customer experience tools.
Community building: Holding another vizathon to promote business-focused analysis and visual design in support of NLM’s strategic goals. The circle represents a holistic view of the analytics, customer experience, and data visualization communities across NLM, ideally working collaboratively and symbiotically.
Analysis and insight: Continuing to build a data- and fact-enabled approach to decision making, consistent with a product management approach, across NLM

In the daytime, I'll obtain Core and EX Expert certifications. This will enable better use of emerging project/program overlaps as Journey (Candidate and Employee) capabilities continue to grow.
In the nighttime, I'll finish my workshop with my own two hands so that I can open a new chapter in my life of wood and metal fabrication. I want to be skilled and ready to build hard goods for people that need them.
My goal for 2023 in Qualtrics is to streamline how we report weekly metrics. I need a way to provide reports to multiple squads on their progress on KPIs and right now I'm doing too much manual work! Basically, I want to wake up on Monday morning to a fresh view of my KPIs filtered in a way that satisfies my stakeholders without needing to resort to a bunch of transcribing numbers from a dashboard or spreadsheet into a different format. Fingers crossed that I actually make it happen!
