💡 Product Ideation Overview | Evolve

Evolve Evolve is the brand new Qualtrics product ideation program, powered by you, our customers. Through Evolve you can submit product ideas, ( suggested enhancements to existing Qualtrics products and functionality ), and track their status in the Qualtrics product development process. Prior to Evolve, product ideas had to be created in the XM Community Ideation category, reviewed by Community moderators, upvoted by a critical mass of community members, and then input manually into a data platform to be shared with Qualtrics product managers. Now, customers can share product feature suggestions directly with our product managers, right here in the XM Community. Through Evolve, we have expedited the ideation process, while increasing customer visibility into an idea or feature’s status. Ideas Product “Ideas” are suggested enhancements to existing Qualtrics products and functionality. Upvoting An “Upvote” is a digital representation of your desire for a product idea to be implemented.

Use the Collaboration feature to work on a survey alongside your colleagues. FAQ for Collaboration Can I collaborate with someone who doesn’t have a Qualtrics account? Yes, but they will need to create a Qualtrics account in order to access the survey. This can be a free account or an account on an existing license. Why am I not able to share my survey? Only the original owner of a survey can share a survey with others. If you are not the original owner, you will need to reach out to them and ask them to share the survey with your intended collaborator. Why can’t I share my survey with someone outside of my organization? Chances are, you don’t have permission to collaborate externally. Reach out to a Brand Administrator to have that permission enabled. My collaboration invitation contained a collaboration code. What is this?
