Question: What are your professional New Year’s resolutions / goals for 2023?
Here at Qualtrics, we set professional goals for ourselves each quarter, in order to drive success and growth. In the spirit of New Year’s resolutions, we want to set work-related goals for 2023 with you. What about that promotion, new job, resume refresh, or desktop clean-up? Maybe, you want to redesign your work-from-home office. Whatever your professional goals for the year are - we can’t wait to learn all about them!

My professional goals in 2023 include leveraging my research and Qualtrics background to help my clients gain better insights! And of course, to always continue to learn and grow, as well!

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/53648#Comment_53648With your skills, I don't doubt you will help your clients as much as possible this year! Here's to learning something new every day. 🤩

Great question, and I've enjoyed reading responses. As far as my goal(s) for the year:

  • I have largely worked in statsIQ/textIQ/dashboards/simple programming. I'd like to become more proficient in programming (complex programming) and in sample/contact management, so that when my dyad is out of the office or swamped, I can take tasks off her plate more easily so as to alleviate her stress and keep the programs we have in flight running smoothly.

  • I am excited to mature our BX program and link its results to our patient experience program. Hoping to aid with a survey redesign in Q1 and analysis as soon as Q2. But with a large organization...I'll be happy with having some results by EOY. 🙂

I want to learn about various features within the Employee Engagement platform, such as Benchmarks and Org. Hierarchies. Additionally, I hope to utilize APIs to automate tasks within Qualtrics.

My goal is to build on the foundation I've created since starting with Qualtrics last year and build towards being our SME. Also, to work on more of the training material so that I can highlight our growth points. We're also looking forward to using more of the cross compatibility between Engage and Discover.
I want to do this so that our team can contribute more effectively with the very large survey program we have going, and of course really get the customer's voice more front and centre. It's fair to say scores have taken a little too much priority without always looking at the deeper insight available.

My goal for this year and to work on creating documentation for all of the projects I've set up in Qualtrics so that other members of my team who aren't as familiar with Qualtrics are able to understand how each of our surveys work.

I am getting back to health... since covid my activity levels have been on a downward slump. I am changing that this year to keep up with my daughter.
So I got a coworker to help with my accountability, set a time allocated to moving however that may be and a fitness tracker... and I am off and going.

My goal this year is to get as comfortable and confident on the EX side as I am on the CX side!

My goal is to level up from setting the foundation for employee experience to sparking advocacy!

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/53722#Comment_53722Great goal! Wishing you the best of luck! 😁

My goal this year is to become more involved in the XM Community helping others as they have helped me 🙂
Similar to a few others, I also want to expand our internal documentation for how our projects run in Qualtrics for future employee additions to our client.

My goal for the new year is to do a bit of exercise each day (literally, any amount!) and to do at least 15 minutes of an activity away from work which involves brain power e.g. I'm learning chess and doing a coding course. All going well so far! :)
