Happy New Year, Qualtrics Community! 🎉 I plan on apply for, hopefully getting in, and starting grad school in public health this year! 🤞 Took me 15 years to land on a graduate program, and I think I'm finally ready to hit the ground running!

My goal is to incorporate more secondary research into my primary research reports for a broader perspective and to complete at least one graduate level course in statistics.

My goal for this year is to be really good at my new work position and visit on vacation a new place, I am thinking about Argentina.

My goal is to get faculty and departments to stop using other nonsupported (and obviously inferior) survey programs at our university.

the start of a new year is a great way to not only take stock on last year's ups and downs but an ideal moment to refresh my focus on what I want to achieve this year. My 2023 goals 🎯 are: 
1. to begin with stay healthy. Which means eating 🍽️ responsibly, doing sports ⛷️ twice, ideally three times a week and getting a good night's sleep 😴
2. to help my children 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨 grow. Being a parent of two young boys means biting my lip at times but also being a role model along with the daily effort trying to keep them from hitting life's guardrails too hard
3. to regain a line management position that I sacrificed after leaving my previous company that had gone into chapter 11. Following several unsuccessful tries this means getting back up again 🥊 finding new energy, not giving up and having another go at the next opportunity 🏆️
4. to burnish my professional credentials with a new certification 📜 Being a firm believer in life-long-learning I enjoy keeping abreast of developments in my fields of interest and translating this into being more effective at my work and realizing a better client experience 😀
5. and last but not least, with the soaring energy prices 💱 in Europe, going green by getting solar panels 🌞 installed on the house. This not only helps wean us off Russian gas but is another step towards a more sustainable life style also benefits mother earth 🌍️

My goal is to be certified with XMP & CCXP this year!

My goal is to complete my Qualtrics Certification which has been pending and also Travel more than what i did a previous year 😀

My professional goal for 2023 is quite straightforward:
To further establish experience management as the basis of all considerations in the company.

My goal every year is to learn something new that I can incorporate into a dashboard, report, presentation, etc. Additionally, this year I'd also like to improve my work/life balance through better time management. 😊
